교사에 대한 사회적 지지 연구동향: 국내학술지를 중심으로

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 교사에 대한 사회적 지지에 관한 국내연구의 동향을 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 한국연구재단 등재지에 게재된 학술논문 128편을 대상으로 연구대상, 연구방법(분석방법, 측정도구), 연구변인, 연구결과에 따라 분석하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 연구논문은 2003년에 첫 발표되었으며 2010년 이후 꾸준히 증가하였다. 연구대상은 보육교사가 가장 많았으며 다음으로 유치원교사, 특수교사 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구방법에서 사용된 척도는 박지원(1985)의 간접적으로 지각한 사회적 지지 척도를 수정․보완한 척도가 가장 많이 사용되었으며, 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도가 확보되지 않은 경우가 많았다. 분석방법으로는 위계적 회귀분석이 가장 많이 사용되었으나 2011년부터 구조방정식모형 분석이 많이 사용되었으며 다층모형 분석은 2017년부터 나타났다. 셋째, 가장 많이 연구된 주제는 직무스트레스와 교사의 개인특성과 관련된 내용이었으며 주요변인에 따른 특징을 기술하였다. 마지막으로 연구결과의 의의와 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to uncover the trends of domestic research on social support for teachers. For this purpose, 128 academic papers published on the Korea Research Foundation s registry were analyzed according to subjects of research, the research methodology(analysis methods, measurement tools), the research variables, and the research results. The main results of this study are as follows: First, annual research papers were first published in 2003 and have steadily increased since 2010. Infant teachers accounted for the largest number of subjects, followed by kindergarten teachers and special education teachers. Second, measurements which modifiy and supplement the indirectly perceived social support measures of Park Jee-won(1985) were used open most, and the validity and reliability of the scales were often not secured. A Hierarchical regression analysis was used the most as an analysis method, but the structural equation model analysis has been used considerably since 2011, and the multi-level model analysis has been shown since 2017. Third, the subjects most studied were related to job stress and teacher s personal characteristics and described the characteristics according to major variables. Finally, the significance and implications of the research results are discussed.
