국문 초록

본 연구는 일차적으로 2000년 이후 독일 국가 수준의 성취 수준이 대두하게 된 배경과 의도 그리고 그것이 각 주 수준의 교육 과정에 주는 구속력을 논한다. 이러한 시대에 반응하여 2003년부터 독일 미술 교육 연맹(이하 BDK) 주도로 각 주 BDK와 연대하여 대대적인 포럼이 개최된다. 여기에서 독일 미술 교육계는 새로이 성취 수준을중심한 교육 과정의 시행을 위해 크게 네 가지 차원에서 활발한 토론과 연구를 한다. 그것은 ‘이미지’, ‘이미지 역량’, ‘과제 설정을 위한 도구와 평가’, 그리고 ‘역량 중심 이미지 감상과 이미지 제작 수업’ 대한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 이 개념들 중 ‘역량 중심이미지 감상과 이미지 제작 수업 대한 연구’를 제외한 나머지 개념들의 출현 배경과 그의미 그리고 변화에 따른 독일 미술교육의 새로운 과제를 논한다. 이러한 논증을 통해결론에서는 독일의 성취 수준 중심 미술 교육이 주는 시사점을 제시한다.

영문 초록

This study argues on the background and the purpose of the standards by its enforcing after 2000 in Germany and obligations in the each state curriculum. In reaction to this radical change German Art Educator Associations (BDK) gathers and gives forum. There are about four themes argumentations for executing the standards into the curriculum. They are the concepts ‘image’, ‘image competence’, ‘tool and assessment for building the tasks’ and ‘image reflection and shaping image based on the competence’. This paper argues three themes and new task from the changed situation apart from the last concept. Through the argumentation the paper will give the importance how German Art Education managed the standards to put down roots. There are four senses in the changed situation of Art class in Germany: 1. Powerful organization and relationship of BDK 2. Selecting the concept ‘image’ and expanding of its meaning 3. Strategically marking the components which to be proved objectively and not to be proved in Art lesson in Germany. 4. Now Art class in Germany is orientated towards Art class of the problem solving. We can t image Art class without problem to solve. This will bring qualitative advance in Art Education and shows value of Art class as a subject of canon subjects in the school. 5. It must be carried on working solving the problem when objective assessment as a final exam in Art class comes.
