국문 초록

본 연구는 연구자가 교수사회 인간관계 속에서 깊이 받은 상처의 마음을 미술관에서 치유 받은 4일간의 경험에 대한 자문화기술지다. 이 4일간의 미술관 경험은 연구자에게 폭발적이면서 의미 있는 성찰의 시간이었다. 미술교육의 목적인 인간이해와 미술관존재 의미를 다시 생각하는 기회였다. 연구자는 성찰을 통해 깨달은 두 가지 의미를 사회문화적 맥락과 연결 지어 보았다. 첫째, 인간은 생각하는 동물로서 생각으로 살아간다는 것이다. 우리가 생각하는 인간으로서의 인간 자체를 들여다보는 것은 나 자신과 타인을 좀 더 이해하게 만들어준다. 미술교육에서 인간이해의 목적에 다가가는 일은 학생들에게 유연하고 건강한 생각의 뇌를 만들어 주는 예술적 방법이다. 둘째, 미술관은 미술작품과 예술적 공간으로서 우리에게 치유 경험을 가능하게 해준다. 미술관에 집합적으로 놓여있는 미술작품과 예술적 공간의 합일은 정신적 변화를 일으켜주기 때문이다. 그리하여 우리가 살면서 미술에 의지하거나 미술관으로 향하는 것은 완전한 인간체가 되기 위한 목적과 부합하는 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is an autoethnography about the 4-day experience in which the researcher s deeply wounded heart due to the relationships of the professor s society was healed in the art museum. This 4-day museum experience was an explosive and meaningful time of reflection. It was an opportunity to rethink about the human understanding which is the purpose of art education, and about the existence of art museum. The researcher linked the two meanings realized through reflection with sociocultural contexts. First, human beings live with thoughts as a thinking animal. Looking into the human being as a human being makes us and others understand more. In art education, reaching the goal of human understanding is an artistic way of creating a flexible and healthy thinking brain for students. Second, the art museum as artistic works and artistic space enables us to have healing experience. The unity of the artistic works and the artistic space that are collectively located in the art museum causes emotional changes. Thus, relying on art or stepping toward an art museum in our lives fits on the goal of completeness of humanity.
