국문 초록

본 연구는 미술교육에서 ‘빅 아이디어’ 개념을 중심으로 미술과 교육과정 설정 방안을 탐색하고 이를 분석하여 수업설계의 가능성을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 그 과정에서 미국의 TETAC 프로젝트에서 다루는 영속적 아이디어 개념을 중심으로 간학문적 통합 개념 및 빅 아이디어의 취지를 살리는 교과의 근본적 관점으로서의 의의를 살펴보고, 영속적 아이디어 및 수업 설계의 예시를 통하여 교사교육에서의 사례와 가능성을 살펴본다. 영속적 아이디어 개념을 바탕으로 하는 미국의 국가 및 주 핵심 예술 표준에서의 영속적 이해 개념을 통해 교육과정에서의 빅 아이디어 개념의 적용 가능성, 교과교육으로서 미술교육의 관점 및 방향성 재검토를 위한 빅 아이디어 방안을 탐색하고 이를 통해 미술과 수업설계에서의 적용 방안과 가능성을 모색한다. 이러한 과정에서 미술교육에서 빅 아이디어의 구현에 의한 교육 연구의 시사점을 얻는 것을 목적으로 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the art class plan based on the concept of big idea in art education and analyze it to explore the possibility of class design. In the process, I look at the significance of the concept of epistemological integration and the fundamental view of the teaching that embodies the purpose of the big idea, focusing on the concept of enduring ideas by the TETAC project in the U.S. Examples and possibilities in teacher education are explored through enduring ideas and examples of class design. Through the concept of enduring understanding in the national and state core art standards of the United States based on the concept of enduring ideas, I look at the applicability of the big idea concept in the curriculum. As a curriculum education, I explore ways to set up big ideas for reviewing the purpose and contents of art education and explore the significance of art and its application in class design.
