국문 초록

모래상자치료는 내담자와 상담자의 신뢰관계를 형성하고 모자일체성의 과정이다. 아동이 상담자를 통해 충분히 의존할 수 있다고 확신할 때 긍정적 대상관계가 회복되고, 따라서 대상에 대한 긍정적 내재화를 경험한다. 아동의 건강한 발달은 학교생활과 사회생활에 영향을 미치는 시작의 과정이다. 성숙한 개인은 자아분화가 잘 이루어진 사람으로 타인과 자연스럽게 상호작용하며, 전인적인 삶을 살아가는 대인관계의 패턴을 지닌다. 아동기는 새로운 대상에 관심을 갖고 인정받아야 하는 시기이다. 건강한 발달의 아동은 과거 유아기적 주 양육자로부터 충분히 의존을 경험하면서 긍정적 대상관계를 형성한다고 한다. 반면 주 양육자로부터 충분한 긍정적 의존을 경험하지 못하고, 심리적 박탈을 경험할 때 부정적 내재화로 인해 긍정적 대상관계에 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 연구대상은 학교와 또래관계에서 자유롭지 못하고 부적응을 호소한 만 11세 남아이다. 모래상자치료 과정은 주1회 총 36회기로 매주 1회 45분씩 이루어졌다. 분석과정은 초기, 중기, 후기로 구분하여 분석하였다. 따라서 모래상자치료와 Fairbairn의 관점에서 위축아동의 관계적 의미를 알아보고자 하였다.

영문 초록

Sandtray therapy is a process of forming a trust relationship between the client and the counselor and the unity of mother and child. When the child is convinced that he can fully depend on the counselor, a positive object relationship is restored, and thus experiences positive internalization of the object. The healthy development of children is a process of initiation that affects school and social life. A mature individual is a person with well-developed self-differentiation, naturally interacting with others, and has a pattern of interpersonal relationships that lead a whole-person life. Childhood is a time when you need to be interested in new objects and be recognized. It is said that children with healthy development experience sufficient dependence from their primary caregivers in their past infancy and form positive object relationships. On the other hand, when they fail to experience sufficient positive dependence from their primary caregivers and experience psychological deprivation, they have a negative effect on positive target relationships due to negative internalization. The subjects of this study are 11-year-old boys who are not free from school and peer relations and complain of maladjustment. The Sandtray therapy process was performed once a week for a total of 36 sessions, 45 minutes once a week. Therefore, we tried to find out the relational meaning of children with atrophy from the perspective of Sandtray therapy and Fairbairn.
