국문 초록

본 연구는 중년여성의 노란색 상징과 개성화과정에 대한 모래상자치료 사례연구이다. 내담자는 어린 시절 부모의 갈등으로 인해 따뜻한 보살핌과 사랑을 받지 못하고 중년이 되었다. 내담자는 어린 시절 어머니의 언어폭력으로 인한 마음의 상처를 많이 받았으며 결혼 후 남편의 무관심으로 인한 정신적 외로움 속에서 아이를 양육하였으며 마음은 항상 황폐했다. 내담자는 자신을 찾고 싶었고 공허함을 돌보기 위해 일과 공부를 계속하였지만 알 수 없는 불안을 느끼면서 자발적인 상담을 실시하였다. 본 사례는 2019년 10월부터 2020년 4월까지 각 회기별 50분씩 총 20회기 모래상자치료를 실시하였다. 내담자의 모래상자에서 노란(황금)색은 여러 회기에 표현되므로 황금, 돈, 부와 권위, 풍요로움, 자기 실현의 상징적 의미를 표현하는 노란색이 많이 나타났다. 즉, 모래상자에 나타난 자신을 돌아보게 되고 자신이 원하는 삶의 방향을 찾게 되었다. 연구결과. 상담을 통해서 어머니 사랑의 부재, 남편의 무관심과 원망했던 마음을 돌아보았고 자신의 삶의 방향과 진정한 욕구가 어떠한 모습인지를 보면서 자신의 존재가치를 알게 되는 사례라고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a case study of sandtray therapy on yellow symbols and individualization process of middle-aged women. The client became middle-aged, not receiving warm care and love due to parental conflict as a child. As a child, the client suffered a lot of heartache from her mother s verbal violence, and after marriage, she raised her child in the mental loneliness caused by her husband s indifference, and her heart was always devastated. The client wanted to find herself and continued to work and study to take care of the emptiness, but felt an unknown anxiety and conducted voluntary counseling. In this case, from October 2019 to April 2020, a total of 20 sandtray therapy were performed for 50 minutes each session. In the client s sandtray, yellow (golden) was expressed in several sessions, so there were many yellows that represent the symbolic meaning of gold, money, wealth and authority, abundance, and self-realization. In other words, he looked back at himself appearing in the sandtray and found the direction of life he wanted. Results. It can be said that this is an example of knowing the value of one s existence by looking back on the absence of motherly love, the indifference and resentment of her husband through counseling, and seeing the direction of her life and what her true needs look like.
