국문 초록

사회문화예술교육은 예술교육과 달리 일반 시민을 대상으로 하며, 토요꿈다락 문화학교는 그 중에서도 특히 가족을 대상으로 한다. 따라서 현업 예술가로 구성된 예술단체들이 다양한 계층을 대상으로 한 교육을 이해하지 못하면 사업 목표와 성과는 서로 일치하지 않을 수 있다. 또한 사회문화예술교육 단체의 예술 장르와 지역 특성을 반영하지 않은 일괄적 참여자만족도 중심의 사업 평가는 성과 측정방법으로 부족하며, 이에 ‘현장 모니터링’ 및‘단체 자체평가’등의 방법이 제기되고 있다. 이와 관련, 본 연구의 목적은 예술단체의 성장을 지원하는 평가방법으로 ‘자체평가지’를 개발하고 적용하여 참여단체들이 스스로 성과와 문제점을 발견하도록 하는 것이다. 연구대상은 ‘2019경기문화재단 토요꿈다락 문화학교’ 참여단체로, 평가는 수업초기(형성평가 formative evaluation-정량)와 종결 지점(총합평가 summative evaluation-정성) 총 2회 진행하였다. 자체평가를 통해 단체들은 스스로 목표 달성도, 교수법과 프로그램의 문제점을 발견하고 개선점을 제시할 수 있었다. 연구결과는 첫째, 1차 진단결과에서 나타난 단체들의 자체평가결과, 둘째, 1차 진단과 2차 진단의 비교 결과, 셋째, 정책사업의 문제점과 개선점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Unlike art education, social culture & arts education targets citizens, and the Toyo culture school specifically targets families. Thus, if art organizations composed of artists do not understand education for citizens, this project goal and achievement may not match each other. In addition, the project evaluation centered on collective participants satisfaction, which does not reflect the art genre of organizations and regional characteristics, is insufficient as a method for measuring social-culture & arts education performance. Thus, methods such as field monitoring and self-assessment are being raised. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to develop and apply self-evaluation as an evaluation method that supports the growth of art organizations so that participating organizations can discover their own achievements and problems. The subjects of this research were participants in the “2019 Gyeonggi Toyo culturschool project” and the assessment was conducted at the beginning of the class(formative evaluation-quantity) and the closing point(total evaluation-qualification). Through self-assessment, organizations were able to find themselves achieving goals, finding problems with teaching methods and programs and presenting improvements. The research results presented at first, the self-assessment results of the organizations shown in the first diagnosis, secondly, the comparison of the first and second diagnosis, and third, problems and improvements in the policy project.
