영문 초록

The purposes of this study are to find out attitude factors influencing career success of technical highschool students and to develop Career Success Attitude Inventory to provide data which can be used as a career guidance of technical highschool students. To accomplish these purposes, the research carried out through three stages. At the first stage, reviewing reference books and semi-structured interview of 8 workers were used to extract attitude factors influencing career success of technical highschool students. At the second stage, total 120 preliminary statements including 10 statements per each cell were developed by two-way structure. Finally total 50 Q-sort statements were selected as the Career Success Attitude Inventory. At the last stage, the 50 Q-set statements were sorted by the 30 individual subjects into quasi-normal distribution curve, an nine piles rank-order continum As main results of this study, it can be concluded that the Career Success Attitude Inventory is confirmed regarding the validity.
