유아의 놀이성과 언어능력이 내재화 문제행동에 미치는 영향: 성차를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아의 놀이성과 유아의 언어능력이 유아의 내재화 문제행동에 미치는 영 향을 살펴보고, 그 과정에서 나타나는 성차를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 D지역 어린이집과 유치원에 재원중인 만 5세 유아 177명을 대상으로 자료를 수집 하고 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아의 놀이성과 유아 의 언어능력 모두 유아의 내재화 문제행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으 며, 놀이성이 더 높은 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남아의 내재화 문제행동 에 영향을 미치는 변인은 사회적 자발성, 신체적 자발성, 표현언어로 나타났으며, 여아 의 내재화 문제행동에 영향을 미치는 변인은 즐거움의 표현, 신체적 자발성, 사회적 자 발성, 인지적 자발성, 수용언어로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 유아의 문제행동 지도 및 예방을 위해서는 유아의 놀이성과 언어능력을 증진시키며 성별을 고려한 방안 이 마련되어야 함을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of children s playfulness and language ability on children s internalizing problem behaviors and to investigate gender differences in the process. For this purpose, data were collected from 177 5-year old children who were in the kindergarten and daycare center in the D metropolitan area and analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results are as follows. First, both children s playfulness and their language ability significantly influenced their internalizing problem behavior, and their playfulness had higher explanatory power. Second, while variables affecting the boy s internalization problem behavior are social spontaneity, physical spontaneity, and expression language in order, variables affecting the girl s internalizing problem behavior are expression of pleasure, physical spontaneity, social spontaneity, cognitive spontaneity, and acceptance language in order. From the above results, we discussed children s playfulness and language ability should be improved and gender-directed plans should be prepared to guide and prevent children s internalizing problem behavior.
