잠재성장모형을 활용한 진로성숙도의 변화궤적과 성별, 자아존중감 및 부모애착 시간효과의 구조관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 진로 결정에 중요한 시기인 청소년들의 성장 변화에 따른 진로성숙도의 변화궤적과 관련변인들간의 관계를 잠재성장모형으로 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 잠재성장모형의 무조건적 모형을 통해 진로성숙도의 변화궤적을 파악하고, 조건적 모형을 통해 성별과 자아존중감 사이의 구조적 관계를 파악하고자 하였으며, 응용모형을 통해 시간의존변수인 부모애착관계가 진로성숙도 변화에 주는 동시효과와 지연효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 세가지 연구모형을 설정하고 검정하였다. 본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 수행한 한국청소년패널조사(KYPS)의 중2 패널 자료 중 1차년도에서 5차년도(중학교 2학년에서 고등학교 3학년)에 이르는 종단자료를 활용하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, (a) 청소년의 학년이 증가함으로써 진로성숙도의 변화율은 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났고, 개인차도 있는 것으로 나타났다. (b) 초기 시점인 중2에는 여학생이 진로성숙도가 상대적으로 높았으나 변화율은 차이가 나지 않았다. (c) 진로성숙도의 초기치와 변화율은 모두 고3 때의 자아존중감을 유의하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. (d) 부모애착관계는 청소년의 학년 변화에 따라 진로성숙도에 동시효과와 지연효과 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the structural relationship among the changing of the career maturity, gender, self-esteem and parental attachment. To accomplish this study, we organized three research models and verified our hypothesis from the research models based on Latent Growth Modeling. We examined first to fifth wave survey data from Korean Youth Panel Study (KYPS) which followed second middle school grade students until they reached third high school grade in Korea. The results of the analysis present: (a) An average change in the trajectory of the career maturity increased and the rate of change and variance were statistically significant. (b) Girls had a higher initial state of the career maturity than boy, but there was no statistically difference in the rate of change of the career maturity between boys and girls. (c) Both initial state and slope of career maturity affected positively the self-esteem at the third grade of the high school. (d) Both the concurrent and lag effects from the parental attachment to the career maturity supported during the period from second middle school grade to the last high school grade.
