REBT 활용 진로집단상담이 직업전문학교 훈련생의 비합리적 신념과 진로자기효능감 및 진로장벽에 미치는 효과: 부산 소재 F 직업학교 훈련생을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 직업전문학교 훈련생을 대상으로 REBT 활용 진로집단상담 프로그램을 개발하여 적용한 후 비합리적 신념과 진로자기효능감 및 진로장벽에 어떠한 변화가 있었는지를 확인하는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 부산광역시에 소재 F 직업전문학교 훈련생 36명을 대상으로 REBT 활용 진로집단상담에 참여하는 실험집단에 12명, 일반적 진로집단상담을 실시하는 비교집단에 12명, 아무런 처치도 하지 않은 통제집단에 12명을 무선배치하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 22.0을 사용하여 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, REBT 활용 진로집단상담은 직업전문학교 훈련생의 비합리적 신념 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, REBT 활용 진로집단상담은 직업전문학교 훈련생의 진로자기효능감 증진에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, REBT 활용 진로집단상담은 직업전문학교 훈련생의 진로장벽 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 직업전문학교 훈련생의 진로상담을 위한 주요한 시사점은 직업전문학교 훈련생의 진로준비나 목표설정 시 비합리적 신념과 진로장벽 요인을 감소시키고 진로자기효능감을 증대시켜 그들이 가지고 있는 내적자원과 강점, 긍정적인 측면을 강조하고 체계적인 진로지도 및 진로상담이 필요하다는 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of group career counseling based on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. For this purpose, one experimental group and two control groups, composed of 36 students in total, were organized and treatment was conducted on these groups. The experimental group, composed of 12 trainees for the vocational training institutes, attended group career counseling based on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. Control group Ⅰ composed of 12, received assertiveness training and general psychological trainees for the vocational training. Control group Ⅱ composed of 12 received no treatment. Treatment lasted for an eight-week period. In each week, a two-hour-long session was conducted. The one-way ANOVA was employed to find differences among groups after treatments. The results are follow; First, experimental group had less irrational beliefs and career barrier than that of control group Ⅰ. Second, experimental group exhibited significant differences of emotional irresponsible a low rank of irrational beliefs. Third, experimental group showed significant differences of self-estimate, opportunity information, goal execute, future plan and program solution. In sum, experimental group exhibited significant decreases of irrational beliefs and career barrier of trainees, comparing with the control Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ. Moreover, experimental group showed significant increases of career self-efficacy comparing with the control Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ.
