국문 초록

본 연구는 유아음악 강사의 전문성 함양을 위한 수업컨설팅 과정에서의 변화 탐색을 통해 수업컨설팅이 유아음악 강사의 전문성 함양에 미치는 의의를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 서울시의 유치원과 어린이집 방과 후 프로그램에서 활동하는 유아음악 강사(멘티 3명, 멘토 3명) 총 6명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 준비단계를 거쳐 이후 총 10주간의 수업컨설팅과 평가단계를 거쳤으며 자료의 수집을 위해 수업 관찰, 심층면담, 수업노트 및 동영상 자료를 수집 후 영역분석, 분류체계분석, 대조집합 분류질문들을 통한 분석을 실시하였고 연구대상 간 교차검토 및 삼각검증을 통해 진실성을 확보하였다. 연구결과, 유아음악 강사의 전문성 함양을 위한 수업컨설팅 과정은 유아음악 강사로서의 전문성 재인식하기, 유아 음악수업 본질에 대한 재 개념화하기, 반성적 사고의 습관화와 개선의 노력을 다짐하기, 지속적인 공급과 발전을 위한 체계적 수업컨설팅 지원의 필요성 인식 등, 유아음악 강사의 전문성 함양을 위한 변화를 이끄는데 중요하게 작용하였음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to elicit a significance that the instructional consulting influences the cultivation of early childhood music instructors expertise, through exploring a change in the instructional consulting process for enhancing early childhood music instructors. To achieve the research objective, the research subjects were selected totally 6 early childhood music instructors(3 mentee, 3 mentor) who take an active role in the after-school program of a kindergarten and a child care center in Seoul Metropolis. After passing through the preparation stage, the totally 10-week instructional consulting and evaluation stage were undergone. To gather data, teaching observation, in-depth interview, study note and video materials were collected. The domain analysis, the classification system analysis, and the analysis through contrast-set classification questions were executed. Veracity was secured through crossing checking and triangulation among research subjects. As a result of the research, the instructional consulting process for promoting early childhood music instructors professionalism can be known to function importantly as leading a change to enhance early childhood music instructors expertise such as newly understanding professionalism as an early childhood music instructor, re-conceptualizing the essence of early childhood music education, assuring an effort to habituate and improve reflective thinking, and necessity recognition a support for systematic instructional consulting for the continuous supply and development.
