NCS기반 대학생의 의사소통능력 향상 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 국가직무능력표준(National Competency standards 이하 NCS)에서 제시한 기초 직업능력 중 의사소통능력을 향상하는 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 B광역시 H구 소재한 D대학교(2・3년제) 재학생 166명이며 의사소통능력 인식과 요구, 교수-학습적 측면에서 게이미피케이션 적용에 대한 요구도 조사하였다. 자료의 분석방법은 SPSS 21.0(ver.)을 이용하였으며 기술 통계 방법으로 빈도와 백분율 산출, 일원 배치 분산분석 방법으로 평균과 표준편차, F 값을 구하였다. 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, NCS기반 대학생의 의사소통능력 수준은 5점 리커트 척도를 이용할 때 3.12 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, NCS기반 대학생의 의사소통능력 향상 프로그램 개발에 대한 요구가 높았다. 셋째, 교수-학습적 측면에서 게이미피케이션 적용에 대한 요구가 높았다. 따라서 본 연구가 NCS기반 대학생의 의사소통능력 향상 프로그램 개발의 필요성과 함께 효과적인 교수법을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for developing a program to improve communication skills among basic vocational competences presented by the National Competency Standards (NCS). Participants in this study were 166 students from D University (2/3 years) in H-gu, B city. SPSS 21.0 (ver.) Was used for the analysis of the data, and descriptive statistical methods were used to calculate the frequency and percentage, and one-way batch analysis was used to calculate the mean, standard deviation, and F value. The results were as follows. First, the communication ability level of NCS-based college students was 3.12 using the 5-point Likert scale. Second, there was a high demand for the development of communication skills improvement program for NCS-based college students. Third, there was a high demand for gamification in terms of teaching-learning. Therefore, this study is meaningful to suggest an effective teaching method along with the necessity of development communication program for NCS-based College students.
