국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생 완벽주의 성향, 사회적지지, 취업불안 및 진로준비행동 간의 구조족관계를 검증하고 완벽주의 성향과 진로준비행동에서 취업불안과 사회적지지의 관계는 어떠한지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 대전충남지역에 재학 중인 대학생280명을 대상으로 다차원 완벽주의, 취업불안, 사회적지지, 진로준비행동에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 측정모형의 타당성 검증을 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하고 변인들 간 상관분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구가설로 제시한 모형의 타당성 검증을 위하여 구조방정식 모형검증을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 가설모형으로 설정된 모형이 적합모형임이 검증되었다. 즉, 적응적 완벽주의가 사회적 지지, 취업불안, 진로준비행동에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고, 사회적 지지는 취업불안, 진로준비행동에, 취업불안은 진로준비행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지가 취업불안에는 부적인 영향을, 진로준비행동에는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between college student perfectionism, social support, job anxiety, and career preparation behavior, and the relationship between perfectionism orientation and career preparation anxiety and social support. For this purpose, 280 college students in Daejeon Chungnam area were surveyed about multidimensional perfectionism, job anxiety, social support, and career preparation behavior. In order to verify the validity of the measurement model, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed and correlations were analyzed between variables. The results of the study are as follows. First, the validation of the model suggested by the research hypothesis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, it is proved that the hypothesis model is a fit model. In other words, adaptive perfectionism has a statistically significant effect on social support, job anxiety, career preparation behavior, social support has a positive effect on job anxiety, career preparation behavior, and job anxiety has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Second, social support has a negative impact on job anxiety and a positive effect on career preparation behavior
