모래놀이치료를 통한 가정해체위기 아동의 비행과 공격행동 변화 및 내용주제 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 가정해체위기를 경험한 비행 및 공격성의 외현화 문제행동을 보이는 아동을 대상으로 모래놀이치료를 실시하여 비행과 공격성의 외현화 문제행동 감소 및 치료 내용주제 분석을 통한 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구진행은 주 1회 60분씩 총 18회의 모래놀이치료를 실시하였다. 치료효과를 검증하기 위하여 아동 청소년 행동평가척도(K-CBCL)검사를 사전-사후로 실시하여 비행과 공격행동에 대한 사전-사후 변화를 분석하였다. 그리고 모래놀이치료 진행과정에 따라 나타나는 내용주제를 Mitchell과 Friedman(2003, 2009)의 모래놀이 주제 분석에 입각하여 구성하는 요소별로 상처의 주제와 치유의 주제 변화과정을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동 청소년 행동평가척도(K-CBCL)검사를 사전-사후로 실시하여 분석한 결과 가정해체위기 아동의 비행 및 공격행동이 감소하여 모래놀이치료가 효과가 있음이 나타났다. 둘째, 가정해체위기 아동의 모래놀이치료 과정에서 나타난 모래놀이의 내용 주제중 상처의 주제는 감소하고, 치유(변환)의 주제가 증가하여 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 이는 아동이 내적으로 스스로 성장하는 과정을 통해 강화된 자아의 힘을 바탕으로 자신의 심리적인 어려움을 스스로 치유하게 되는 모습을 보임으로써 모래놀이치료의 긍정적인 효과를 검증하였다. 이에 본 연구는 가정해체위기 아동에게 모래놀이치료가 자기치유력을 발휘하여 비행 및 공격성의 외현화 문제행동 감소와 자아성장을 통한 현실 적응력을 높여 안정적으로 생활할 수 있도록 돕는데 효과적임을 모래놀이 내용주제 분석으로 밝혔다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to provide sandplay therapy for the children who experienced a crisis of family disorganization and showed externalizing problem behaviors in juvenile delinquency and aggression and to examine the reduction of such externalizing problem behaviors and effects of treatment. This study analyzed before-and-after changes in externalizing problem behaviors in juvenile delinquency and aggression by the pre and post K-CBCL (Korean Version of Child Behavior Checklist) in order to investigate the effect of treatment. In addition, this study analyzed the content subject appeared in the process of sandplay therapy and changing process of theme of wound and healing by component based on the theme analysis of sandplay therapy by R. R. Mitchell & H. S. Friedman. The results are as follows. First, as a result of analysis by the pre and post K-CBCL in order to investigate the effect of treatment, the results showed that sandplay therapy was effective to reduce externalizing problem behaviors in juvenile delinquency of children in crisis of family disorganization. Second, the content subject appeared in the process of sandplay therapy for children in crisis of family disorganization showed positive changes such as a decrease in theme of wound and increase in theme of healing (transformation). The positive effects of sandplay therapy were proved by healing their psychological difficulties based on themselves enhanced by the process of achieving their inner growth.
