아동의 동적 집-나무-사람(H-T-P) 그림 반응 특성과 우울과의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 아동의 동적 집-나무-사람 그림 반응특성과 우울과의 관계를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 G광역시 지역아동센터 총 2,309명 아동을 대상으로 사회정서발달검사, 소아우울검사, K-HTP검사를 실시하고 그 중 소아 우울척도의 우울점수가 22점 이상인 아동 173명을 선별하여 연구대상으로 삼았다. 이들에게서 나타난 동적 집-나무-사람 그림의 반응 특성을 분석하고 반응 특성에 따른 우울점수의 평균차이를 알아보기 위해 SPSS Window19.0을 이용하여 변량분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 집 그림 반응특성과 우울과의 관계를 분석한 결과 집 그림이 없는 경우가 지면의 상단, 중심, 하단의 그림보다 우울점수가 유의미하게 높았고 벽 그림이 있는 경우가 없는 경우보다 우울점수가 통계적으로 유의미하게 높았다. 둘째, 나무 그림 반응특성과 우울과의 관계를 분석한 결과 나무 그림이 없는 경우가 지면의 상단, 중심, 하단의 그림보다 우울점수가 유의미하게 높았고 수관이 나타나지 않은 경우 수관을 그린 경우보다 우울점수가 유의미하게 높았다. 셋째, 사람 그림 반응특성과 우울과의 관계를 분석한 결과 사람 그림이 없는 경우가 지면의 상단, 중심, 하단의 그림보다 우울점수가 유의미하게 높았고 사람그림에서 입이 그려지지 않은 경우 입을 그린 경우보다 우울점수가 유의미하게 높았다. 우는 표정의 그림이 웃는 표정의 그림보다 우울점수가 유의미하게 높았다. 넷째, 전체 그림 반응특성과 우울과의 관계를 분석한 결과 밀착관계가 나타나지 않은 경우 어떠한 형태든 밀착관계를 보이는 그림보다 우울점수가 유의미하게 높았다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between response characteristics of kinetic house-tree-person and depression. At First, we ran social, emotional, development test, childrens depression test, and K-HTP test for 2,309 children who belonged to regional children’s’ center at G Metro-city and selected 173 children whose scores were greater than 22. We analyzed their response characteristics on dynamics of house-tree-person and utilized SPSS variance analysis for investigation on the relation between their response characteristics and depression states. The results showed that the pictures without houses scored significantly higher on depression scores than those with low, middle, and high location of houses. The results also showed that the pictures without trees scored significantly higher than those with trees which were located at the low, middle, high level on papers. In addition, showed that the pictures without persons scored significantly higher on depression than those with persons who were positioned at low, middle, high location on papers. And persons without lips showed significantly higher scores on depression than those with lips. Sad faces scored significantly higher on depression that smiling faces. Finally, the pictures without intimate relationship showed statistically higher scores on depression than those with intimate relationship.
