청소년의 심리적 안녕감 요인에 관한 메타분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 심리적 안녕감이 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고 효과성을 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2012년까지의 학술지 논문과 학위 논문 총 36편을 선정하여 무선효과모형(Random Effects Model)을 적용하여 메타분석하였다. 연구결과 심리적 안녕감 요인의 전체평균효과 크기는 .44로 나타났으며, 심리적 안녕감 요인에는 성별, 부모의 양육태도, 스트레스 대처, 사회적지지, 애착, 부애착, 모애착, 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 학교적응, 우울로 확인되었다. 요인 별로는 스트레스 대처 1.25, 자기효능감 1.25, 모애착 .97, 학교적응 .94, 자아존중감 .88, 부애착 .81, 사회적지지 .69 순으로 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 큰 효과 크기를 나타내었다. 남성 .42, 부모의 양육태도 .48는 심리적 안녕감과 중간정도의 효과 크기를 나타내었고, 여성 .15, 애착 -.06, 우울 -.58은 심리적 안녕감과의 효과 크기가 중간에 못 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과는 청소년들의 심리적 안녕감을 높이기 위한 여러 방안들을 모색하고 지원하는 데 큰 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims at drawing a comprehensive conclusion by carrying out outcomes research objecting to theses on adolescents’ psychological wellbeing till 2012, and analyzing research results of advanced studies having been made previously. For verifying these research objects, the study looked into what was the effect size of total averages in adolescents’ psychological wellbeing and the existence of differences in the effect size according to the dependent variables, and then set up variables that affected influences to adolescents’ psychological wellbeing and its effect sizes as research issues. A fact could be known that ranges of related factors to adolescent’s psychological well being were wide and each factor had large or medium effects. In order to make adolescent’s psychological well being, letting them have confidences on own scopes and raise confronting strengths to situations positively, and then become to adjust to school life well. Therefore, family and social supports have to be made so that adolescent who made suicides from depressions could manage psychological well being, and also guidance plans through which adolescent’s merits were developed, their weak points were supplemented by therapeutic interventions, and thus happy life would be managed shall be explored.
