다문화여성의 자아분화와 색채반응성 유형 - 심리치료 방안에 대한 함의 -

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 다문화여성을 대상으로 색채반응성 유형을 분석하고 각 유형이 자아분화와 인과관계가 있는지를 규명하였다. 자료는 경북지역에 있는 다문화가족지원센터의 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 여성들을 대상으로 수집하였다. 자아분화는 Bowen 척도를 토대로 표준화 된 설문지를 배부하여 응답하도록 하였고 색채반응성은 문양만다라에 반영된 채색 비율을 기준으로 하였다. 요인분석 결과, 색채반응성은 7개로 구조화 되었고 다양한 색들이 통합적 속성을 가지고 상호 보완적 또는 배타적으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 회귀분석 결과, 회색-살구 반응성은 가족투사 및 가족정서단절과 부적 관계가 있고 검정-고동은 자아분화 요인 모두와 정적 또는 부적 관계가 있다. 남색-초록은 정신내적분화 및 가족투사와 정적 관계가 있고 자아통합분화와는 부적 관계가 있다. 분홍-연두는 가족퇴행과 정적 관계를, 분홍-파랑은 가족투사와 부적 관계가 있다. 보라-흰색은 자아통합분화, 가족정서단절, 가족퇴행과 정적관계가 있으며 연두-흰색은 정신내적분화 및 가족퇴행과 부적 관계가 있다. 본 연구결과는 색채반응성이 인간의 내면적 자아를 반영하는 자아분화와 밀접한 관계가 있고, 색채반응성을 토대로 한 미술치료 기법이 미분화된 자아분화를 향상시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있다는 것을 실증적으로 보여 준다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the color response patterns of multicultural women and determine if there is a causal relationship between color response and self-differentiation. Factor analysis identified a seven-factor color response and regression analysis revealed a cause and effect relationship between color response and self-differentiation. Results are as follows: Gray-apricot pattern was negatively related to family projection and emotional cutoff. Black-brown pattern was significantly related, both positively and negatively, to all five self-differentiation areas. Indigo-green positively related to both inner mental functioning and family projection and negatively related to self-integration. Pink-light green was positively related with family regression and pink-blue was negatively related to family projection. Purple-white pattern was positively related to family emotional cutoff and family regression while light green-white was negatively related with inner mental functioning and family regression. Findings of this study provide compelling evidence that color response is a significant factor in understanding the self-differentiation of multicultural women. This, as well as implications for psychological therapy in practice to improve the level of self-differentiation are discussed.
