국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 CIPP 평가모형의 상황평가, 투입평가, 과정평가, 산출평가의 네 가지 요소에 맞추어 튜티를 대상으로 실시할 수 있는 대학생 튜터링 프로그램 평가도구를 개발하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 먼저 선행연구 검토를 통해 CIPP 평가모형의 네 가지 요소에 해당하는 13개의 하위영역과 54개의 평가문항 초안을 개발하였다. 다음으로 대학 튜터링 프로그램 담당자 및 교육학 교수 16명을 대상으로 대학생 튜터링 프로그램 평가문항에 대한 면담을 실시한 후 평가문항을 수정 및 보완하였다. 또한 전문가들의 문항별 중요도 평정결과 중요도가 낮은 문항을 삭제하였고, 전문가의 의견을 반영하여 일부 문항을 수정하였다. 이 연구에서는 최종적으로 4개의 대영역, 13개의 하위영역의 49개 평가문항을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발한 대학생 튜터링 프로그램 평가도구는 CIPP 평가모형에 기반하여 프로그램의 전 과정을 평가함으로써 대학생 튜터링 프로그램의 질 개선에 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop an evaluation scale for tutees participating in the college tutoring program, based on the four stages of the CIPP model including the context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and product evaluation. This study first conducted a literature review to develop a 4 domains, 13 sub-domains and a draft of a questionnaire consisting of 54 items which correspond to the four stages of the CIPP model. Next, this study conducted interviews with 16 managers of the college tutoring program and professors of education on questionnaire for the evaluation of the college tutoring program, and revised some of the questions based on their responses. This study finally developed 49 items consisting of 4 domains and 13 sub-domains. The evaluation scale for the college tutoring program developed through this study could evaluate the entire process of the program, providing useful information for the improvement in the quality of the college tutoring program.
