국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 직업계고 대상의 기업가정신 및 창업 교육을 통해 지식재산 및 교육의 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 직업계고 교육과정 및 프로그램 관련 우수사례를 분석하고 전문가 심층 면담을 통해 시사점을 도출하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 직업계 고등학교에서의 기업가정신 및 창업 교육에 기초한 지식재산교육은 지식재산교육의 내용과 방법에 있어서 더 현실적이고, 교육적 가치를 높여줄 수 있으며, 학생들의 생각과 체험의 깊이를 더 확장할 수 있다. 이러한 과정에서 학생들은 자신의 적성을 발견하고 진로를 설계할 수 있는 교육적 활동을 경험할 수 있다. 그리고 기업가정신 및 창업교육에 기초한 지식재산교육은 아이디어 사업화 및 활용에 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 이를 활성화시키기 위하여서는 정규교과 및 창의적 체험활동을 통해 지식재산교육이 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 교육적 활동은 학생의 적성에 맞게 운영을 하여 진로 교육 차원에서 이루어져야 하며, 창의적 진로 설계 및 창직에 이를 수 있도록 이루어져야 한다. 마지막으로 기업가정신 및 지식재산교육에 대하여 학교 안에서의 활동뿐 만 아니라, 학교 밖에서 지역사회와 연계한 활동이 이루어져야 한다. 지역의 창업선도대학과의 교류, 지역사회 젊은 창업가와의 멘토링, 지역의 중학교 자유학기제, 창업대회 등과 맞물려 교육 활동이 전개된다면 지식재산교육을 활성화시키는데 도움이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to explore and to utilize the present invention as an activation and basic data of current intellectual property and invention education through entrepreneurship and start-up education for vocational high school. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, we analyzed the best practices of vocational education curriculum and programs, and suggested implications through expert interviews. The results are as follow. Intellectual property education based on entrepreneurship in vocational high schools can provide more realistic and educational value in contents and methods of intellectual property education. In addition, education on intellectual property based on entrepreneurship education enables students to expand their thoughts and education based on entrepreneurship education can help commercialize and utilize ideas. In order to activate the education of intellectual property based on entrepreneurship, it was necessary to carry out the education of intellectual property based on entrepreneurship in regular curriculum and creative experiential activities. These educational activities should be carried out on the level of career education, and educational activities should be carried out to achieve creative career design and creation. Finally, entrepreneurship and intellectual property education should be conducted not only within the school but also outside the school community. It will help revitalize the education of intellectual property if the activities of convention education are developed in conjunction with the activities such as the exchange with the founding university of the region, the mentoring with the young entrepreneur in the community, and the free school term of the middle school.
