국문 초록

이 연구는 보호작업시설 운영을 전문적이고 효과적으로 하기 위해서는 그 시설에서 서비스를 제공하는 직업재활인력의 역할이 매우 중요하다는 관점에서 직업재활인력의 직무를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 주요 내용은 첫째, 보호작업시설의 시설장과 직업훈련교사의 책무, 작업, 작업요소를 분석하고, 둘째, 보호작업시설의 시설장과 직업훈련교사와 직접 혹은 간접적으로 관련되는 작업요소가 어느 정도 중요하며, 어느 정도 자주 수행되는지 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 방법으로 문헌연구와 직무분석의 방법을 사용하였는데, 직무분석은 질문지법과 데이컴법을 병행하여 사용하였다. 연구의 결과 전체 직업재활시설 작업요소 267개 가운데 보호작업시설 직업재활인 과 직접 또는 간접 관련이 있는 작업요소는 시설장 224개, 직업훈련교사 236개였다. 이 작업요소들의 중요도와 빈도를 시설장과 직업훈련교사로 구분하여 각각 분석하였다. 보호작업시설 시설장 및 직업훈련교사와 직접 관련되는 작업요소 중 중요도와 빈도를 고려하여 핵심적인 작업요소를 추출하고, 이 핵심 작업요소를 중심으로 시설장과 직업훈련교사의 직무에 대한 타당성을 논의하였다. 이 연구의 결과와 논의를 토대로 보호작업시설 직업재활인력은 시설장 1명과 직업재활서비스의 담당, 생산과 판매담당, 문서와 예산 등 담당 직업재활사 각 1명씩 4명을 기본으로 하고, 시설의 규모에 따라 직업재활사를 추가적으로 배치하는 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 이 연구 결과의 적용 가능성과 향후 과제를 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was job analysis of the staffs in sheltered workshop from the perspective that vocational rehabilitation staffs play critical roles for the professional and effective operation of sheltered workshop. The major study contents were as follows: First, analyze job, duty, task, and task elements of the director and vocational rehabilitation specialist in sheltered workshop; Second, rate the importance of the directly or indirectly related task elements of the director and vocational rehabilitation specialist; Third, rate the frequency of the directly or indirectly related task elements of the director and vocational rehabilitation specialist. The study used literature review and job analysis methods of Questionnaire and Dacuum. As the results of the study, the directly or indirectly related task elements of the director and vocational rehabilitation specialist were 224 and 236, respectively, among the 267 task elements of staffs in five kinds of vocational rehabilitation facilities. The importance and frequency of the directly or indirectly related task elements were rated, respectively. Critical task elements for director and vocational rehabilitation specialist were selected considering importance and frequency ratings of directly related task elements. Discussion about the appropriateness of the job description of the director and vocational rehabilitation specialist was followed based on critical task elements. An alternative way of vocational rehabilitation staff placement was suggested as one director and three or more vocational rehabilitation specialists per shelter workshop. The major task elements of the each vocational rehabilitation specialist were divided into production and sales, providing rehabilitation services, and administration and budget affairs, respectively. Finally, the possibility of application and future tasks of the study were discussed.
