국문 초록

이 연구는 메카트로닉스 기능훈련반 학생들이 문제해결과정에서 범하는 오류를 확인하고, 인과관계를 분석하기 위해 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 P공업고등학교 메카트로닉스 기능훈련반 2학년 학생 2명을 대상으로 면담과 관찰을 통한 질적연구방법을 실시하였고, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생들이 문제해결과정에서 범하는 오류 유형으로 팀워크 및 의사소통의 오류, PLC 및 프로그램 이해의 오류, 사전준비 오류, 문제 해석의 오류,심리 상태의 오류를 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 오류의 발생 원인을 살펴보면 먼저, 팀워크 및 의사소통의 오류는 서로간의 의사소통을 통해 작업내용을 공유하지 못해서 발생된다. PLC 및 프로그램 이해의 오류는 PLC 및 프로그램에 대한 정보와 이해가 부족하여 발생된다. 사전준비 오류는 학생들이 작업 전에 재료 목록에 대한 작동여부확인 및 준비가 부족하여 발생된다. 문제 해석의 오류는 문제가 서술형으로 제시되면서 공정 순서를 착각하는 경우에 발생된다. 그리고 마지막으로 심리 상태의 오류는 작업 당일 학생의 몸 상태나 심리 상태에 따라 발생된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to check the errors and to analyze the causal relationships in students of mechatronics skill training class. In order to achieve the objective of this study, the qualitative study through interviews and observations were carried out with 2 students of second-year grade in P technical High School. The result of this study were as follows; First, the types of errors for students to make were consisted of teamwork and communication errors, PLC and program understanding errors, preparation errors, problems interpretation errors, and psychological condition errors. Second, the reasons were as follows; Teamwork and communication errors were caused by failing to share the work through the communication with each other. PLC and program understanding errors were made by a lack of information and understanding about the PLC and program. Preparation errors were caused by a lack of preparation and checking operation for a list of materials before work. Problems interpretation errors were caused by confusion the order process as the problem was presented in narrative. And finally, psychological condition errors were found by body condition or psychological condition of the students on working day.
