중국 고등학교 통용기술교사의 교수 능력 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 중국 고등학교 통용기술교사의 교수 능력과 교수 능력에 미치는 영향 요인을 구명하여, 이를 기초로 중국 통용기술교사의 교수 능력을 제고하기 위한 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 방법으로 질적 연구의 한 방법인 근거 이론을 사용하였다. 본 연구는 이론적 포화상태에 도달하기 위해 34명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 자료는 반구조화 인터뷰와 조사 자료, 파워포인트, 수업지도안, 포트폴리오 자료 등 기타 자료를 통해 수집하였으며, 자료 수집과 분석이 동시에 이루어졌다. 자료의 분석은 자료의 범주화를 위해 개방코딩을 실시하였고, 패러다임 모형과 과정 분석을 통해 축코딩을 실시하였으며, 선택코딩을 통해 핵심범주를 중심으로 이론을 생성하였다. 본 연구의 자료 분석 결과, 개방코딩 과정에서는 중국 고등학교 통용기술교사 교수 능력과 관련된 33개의 개념, 7개의 범주를 명명하였다. 그리고 통용기술교사의 교수 능력에 미치는 영향 요인과 관련된 38개의 개념, 9개의 범주를 명명하였다. 그리고 자료 비교 과정에서 통용기술교사의 교수 능력을 제고하는 관련 요소와 방안이 도출되었으며, 이를 기초로 중국 통용기술교사의 교수 능력을 제고하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study has three aspects: firstly, to discuss the teaching ability of general technology teachers of senior high school in China; secondly, to study on the elements that influence the teaching ability of general technology teachers; thirdly, to summarize the way of the development of teaching ability of general technology teachers. In order to achieve this purpose, this paper carried out deep interview to 34 general technology teachers and experts of China by applying the grounded theory of qualitative study as the study method, and it transcribed the contents of interview into writing data. The analysis of the data was performed with open coding for the categorization of the data, and the axial coding was performed through paradigm, and through the selective coding, a theoretical framework of teaching abilities of general technology teachers of senior high school in China has been created with core category as the center, and finished the initial aim of this study. There are 33 concepts and 7 categories of teaching ability in the study results. And there’ re also 38 concepts and 9 categories which influence the teaching ability of general technology teachers. Meanwhile, this paper summarized the four ways for the teaching ability development of general technology teachers in the discussion of study results.
