농업계열 특성화 고등학교 교과서의 과수 원예 실습 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 과수 원예와 관련된 실습내용 분석을 토대로 하여 향후 지식기반사회에 걸 맞는 과수 원예와 관련된 실습 요소를 선정하는데 도움을 줄수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하기 위하여 제 5차 ∼ 제 7차 교육과정에 해당하는 농업계열 특성화 고등학교 교과서의 과수 원예 관련 실습 내용을 비교 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원예 관련 실습 교과서 단원 내용 체계에 있어서 제 5차 교육과정에서는 이론과 실습이 분리된 반면 제 6차 교육과정에서는 이론과 실습이 통합된 형태로 구성되어 있다. 또한 제 7차 교육과정의 교과서는 이론과 실습이 통합 되었으나 실습 방법 및 순서를 제시하여 제 6차 교육과정의 교과서 보다 실습 부분을 좀 더 보강한 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 과수 원예의 내용 요소에 있어서는 제 5차 교육과정의 교과서에서 16개의 실습을 제시한데 반해 제 6차 교육과정의 교과서에서는 48개를 제시하여 보다 실습 요소의 개수가 늘어남을 알 수 있다. 또한 제 7차 교육과정에 와서는 이전에 비해 실습의 수가 37개로 축소되고 있음을 확인 하였다. 셋째, 제 5차, 제 6차, 제 7차 교육과정에서의 과업별 실습 구성 비율을 살펴본 결과 작목결정, 비배관리, 생리장해방제, 수확 과업의 실습 비율이 점차 확대되어 등장하였음을 알 수 있다. 반면에 인공교배 과업의 실습 비율은 축소되어 1/3 수준으로 제시 되었다. 열매솎기, 봉지 씌우기 과업에 해당되는 실습은 교육과정이 변화하여도 실습이 계속 등장하고 있다. 넷째, 공통된 세부 영역별 비교를 통하여 제 5차, 제 6차, 제 7차 교육과정의 교과서에 등장한 재료로는 사과, 배, 포도가 있음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to comparatively analyze contents in textbooks of practical class in Horticulture of fruit from Agricultural Specialized High School corresponding to the 5th ～ the 7th curriculum formation to provide basic data in helping selection of themes for the practical class of the Horticulture of fruit for the future, which is a knowledge-based society, based on the Horticulture of fruit and the contents of practical class of this subject. The major findings from this study are summarized as follows : First, in regard with unit contents system in Horticultural Practice Textbook, while theory and practice were separated in the 5th curriculum, theory and practical were combined with each other during the 6th curriculum formation. And, even though theory and practice were combined, it was found that practical part was more emphasized systematically as compared to the textbooks of the 6th curriculum by providing more concrete practical method and its sequence. Second, In the contents about Fruit Science, while 16 practices were compiled in the textbook during the 5th curriculum formulation, in the textbook of the 6 th curriculum, 48 practices were contained which indicated that number of practical theme was increased. Meanwhile, in the textbook of the 7th curriculum, number of practical theme was reduced to 37 practices as compared with the textbook published during the 6th curriculum formation. Third, as the result of the practical theme composition ratio analysis of each different task for Practical textbooks of the 5th, the 6th, and the 7th curriculum, it was found that the practice ratio of crop selection, fertilization and management, prevention of physiological disorder, and harvest was increased. Contrarily, the practice ratio of artificial crossing was decreased by 1/3. The practice of fruit thinning and bagging is being performed continuously even if curriculum was changed. Forth, On comparison of materials and equipments commonly appearing in detailed contents in unit of textbooks was revealed that major fruit varieties appeared in all the textbooks of the 5th, 6th, and 7th curriculum are composed of apples, pears, and grapes. Result of such study is expected to be used to basic data of education plan for technological capability elevation.
