특성화고 수준의 지식재산 실무인력 양성을 위한 발명ㆍ특허 교육 내용의 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 발명ㆍ특허 교육 담당 교원의 체계적인 연수 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 발명 교육 참여 교사의 특성화고 수준에서 양성 가능한 지식재산 실무인력 양성을 위한 발명ㆍ특허 교육 내용에 대한 교육요구도를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 지식재산 실무인력 양성을 위한 발명ㆍ특허 교육 내용 15개에 대하여, 연수 참여 교사 120명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수한 설문지는 101부이며, 93부를 활용하여 교육 내용의 중요도와 자신의 능력 수준에 대해서 분석을 하고 교육 요구도를 산출하였다. 이 연구를 통한 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발명 교육 참여 교사가 인식하는 지식재산 실무인력 양성을 위한 발명ㆍ특허 교육 내용별 중요도는 성별, 최종학력, 담당교과, 발명 관련 활동 참여 여부에 따라 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 발명 교육 참여 교사가 인식하는 지식재산 실무인력 양성을 위한 발명ㆍ특허 교육 내용별 자신의 능력 수준은 참여 사업 구분, 성별, 출신 계열, 발명 교육 경력, 발명 관련 연수 경험, 발명 관련 활동 참여 여부에 따라 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 발명 교육 참여 교사는 지식재산 실무인력 양성을 위한 발명ㆍ특허 교육 내용의 중요도(M=3.98)는 높게 인식하고 있으나, 자신의 능력 수준(M=2.56)은 중요도에 비해 낮게 인식함에 따라서 교육요구도가 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결론을 바탕으로 향후 발명 교육과 관련된 교원 연수 프로그램 설계시 이 연구의 결과를 적극적으로 반영하여 체계적인 연수 프로그램의 제공을 제언하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze educational needs of invention & patent education contents for cultivating intellectual knowledge practical workers that can be cultivated at the Specialized high school level of teachers participating in invention & patent education in order to provide basic data for developing a systematic training program for teachers of invention & patent education. In order to achieve this, a survey about 15 categories of invention & patent education for cultivating intellectual property practical workers was conducted on 120 teachers participating in training. Total 101 surveys were collected and 93 copies were used to analyze the importance of educational contents and the level of one’s ability and to deduct educational requirements. Main findings of this study are as follows. First, the importance of invention & patent education contents perceived by teachers participating in invention education was different according to gender, highest level of education, target subject, and participation in invention related activities. Second, the level of one’s ability for each invention & patent education content for cultivating intellectual property practical workers perceived by teachers participating in invention education was different according to participating project, gender, personal background, career in invention education, experience with invention related training, and participation in invention related activities. Third, teachers participating in invention education have high awareness on the importance of invention & patent education contents (M=3.98) for cultivating intellectual property practical workers but they understand the level of their ability (M=2.56) as lower than the importance and thus education needs were high. The study proposes to provide a systematic training program in future by reflecting the results of this study when developing a training program for teachers that is related to invention education.
