전문계고 학생의 전문교과이해도 및 학교시설인식도에 따른 학업성취도 관계에서 직업의식의 매개효과 검증

국문 초록

본 연구는 전문계고 학생의 전문교과이해도 및 학교시설인식도에 따른 학업성취도 관계에서 직업의식의 매개효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 한국교육고용패널 조사 자료를 이용하여 전문계고 학생 1393명을 대상으로 하여 전문교과이해도, 학교 시설인식도, 직업의식, 학업성취도의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문계고 학생의 직업의식 요인은 전문교과이해도와 학교시설인식도 요인보다 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성별에 따른 인식의 차이에서 전문교과이해도는 남학생이 여학생에 비하여 높게 나타났으며 학교 시설인식도는 여학생이 남학생에 비하여 높게 나타나 성별에 따른 인식의 차이를 나타냈다. 반면 직업의식 요인은 성별에 따른 인식의 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 전문교과이해도와 직업의식은 학업성취도와 상호 관련성이 있으며, 전문교과이해도와 학업성취도 관계에서 직업의식의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 넷째, 전문교과이해도가 높을수록, 직업의식이 높은 학생일수록 학업성취도가 높게 나타나 전문교과이해도와 직업의식이 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었고, 학교시설인식도 요인을 긍정적으로 인식할수록 학업성취도도 높은 관련성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze of relationship vocational consciousness and academic achievement on subject intelligibility and school facilities. The subjects of this study investigated mediation effect of vocational consciousness on academic achievement in subject intelligibility and school facilities. The instrument of this study was questionnaire including four sections: relationship consciousness and academic achievement on subject intelligibility and school facilities. The findings of this study were as follows; Important elements that perception of vocational high school students were subject intelligibility and school facilities. Female students thought school facilities were more important elements than male students. But vocational consciousness made no difference female students or male students. The more students have high subject intelligibility and the more students have high school facilities, students had high vocational consciousness. The more students have high school facilities, students had high academic achievement. The more students have high subject intelligibility and students had high vocational consciousness, students had high academic achievement.
