평가염려 완벽주의의 국내 연구 동향: 2007년부터 2018년을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 2007년부터 2018년까지 국내 평가염려 완벽주의에 관한 동향 연구이다. KCI 등재지 혹은 등재 후보지에 게재된 논문 31편을 최종 분석 대상으로 선정하여 연구년도, 대상, 변인, 척도를 기준으로 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 평가염려 완벽주의에 관한 연구는 2008년과 2010년을 제외하고 매년 1편 이상 연구가 수행되었다. 2017년에는 그 수가 급격히 증가하여 총 12편의 연구가 수행되었다. 대상을 살펴보면, 대학생 대상으로 총 24편의 연구가 이루어져 연구가 가장 활발한 것을 알 수 있다. 변인별 동향은 독립변인으로 22편, 매개 변인으로 7편, 종속 변인으로 2편의 연구에서 평가염려 완벽주의가 사용되었다. 조절 변인으로 평가염려 완벽주의가 사용된 연구는 없었다. 평가염려 완벽주의가 독립 및 매개 변인으로 사용되었을 때 종속 변인을 분류해보면, 심리적 변인, 학업 변인 및 기타인 3가지 영역으로 나눌 수 있다. 이중 가장 연구가 활발했던 종속 변인은 불안이었다. 또한 각 연구 별로 평가염려 완벽주의를 측정하기 위해 어떻게 척도를 구성하여 사용했는지도 확인하였다. 위의 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 평가염려 완벽주의 관련 연구의 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the research trends of evaluative concerns perfectionism in Korea from 2007 to 2018. Methods: For this purpose, the 31 papers published in KCI(Korea Citation Index) accredited journals or KCI candidated journals from 2007 to 2018 were selected for the final analysis and analyzed based on the research year, subjects, variables, and research scales. Results: The main results of this study are as follows: At least, one study on evaluative concerns perfectionism has been conducted annually, with the exception of two years: 2008 and 2010. There were a total of 12 articles in 2017. In terms of participants, college students were chosen in a total of 24 articles. Meanwhile, there were 22 studies using evaluative concerns perfectionism as an independent variable, 7 studies as a mediating variable, and 2 studies as a dependent variable. And there was no study that used evaluative concerns perfectionism as a moderating variable. When evaluative concerns perfectionism is used as an independent and mediating variable, dependent variables can be divided into three categories such as psychological variable, academic variable, and other variable. Anxiety, which falls into the psychological variable, has been the most frequent dependent variable in the research. In addition, this study examined what kinds of scales were used to measure evaluative concerns perfectionism in each study. Conclusions: Finally, based on these findings, this study mentions some limitations of the study and implications of future research on evaluative concerns perfectionism.
