국문 초록

본 연구는 청년기 취업준비생을 대상으로 진로장벽과 진로결정자기효능감의 관계에서 인생태도의 매개효과를 규명하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 20∼29세의 취업준비생 남학생 147명, 여학생 148명으로 총 295명을 대상으로 진로장벽, 진로결정자기효능감, 인생태도에 대한 설문조사을 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 24.0, Sobel test를 활용하여 분석하였으며, 모형의 적합도 및 변인들 간의 관계를 검증하였다. 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로장벽, 진로결정자기효능감, 인생태도의 하위변인별 상관이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로장벽과 진로결정자기 효능감의 관계에서 자기긍정-타인긍정인생태도(I+U+)가 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로장벽과 진로결정자기효능감의 관계에서 자기부정-타인부정인생태도(I-U-)가 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 취업준비생들의 긍정적인 인생태도 유지를 위한 진로상담, 진로지도와 부모교육에 대하여 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study was designed to identify the mediated effects of life position in relation to career barrier and career decision making self-efficacy among young job seekers. To that end, a total of 295 male and female students, 147 male students and 148 female students aged 20 to 29, conducted a survey on career barrier, career decision making self-efficacy and life position. The data analysis was analyzed using the SPS 24.0, Sobel test, and the conformity of the model and the relationship between the variables were verified. The main results are as follows: First, there significant correlations between sub-variables of career barrier, career decision making self-efficacy, and life position. Second, the positive life position(I+U+) in relation to the career barrier and the career decision making self-efficacy has been shown to have partial matching effect. Third, the negative life position(I-U-) in relation to the career barrier and the career decision making self-efficacy has been shown to have partial matching effect. Based on these results, Based on these results, career counseling, career guidance and parent education were discussed in order to maintain a positive life position(I+U+) of job seekers.
