초등학교 육상선수들의 경쟁상태불안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 제주도 초등학교 육상선수들의 경기 전 경쟁상태불안 수준을 성별, 경력별, 학년별, 종목별, 경기력별로 비교 분석함으로써 선수들의 경기력 향상에 필요한 기초 자료를 제시하고자 제주특별자치도 육상경기대회(2007～2009)에 참여한 3～6학년 남 ? 여 선수 368명을 대상으로 경쟁불안 검사를 실시하였으며, 이에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 성별간의 인지적 상태불안, 신체적 상태불안 및 상태자신감은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고, 인지적 상태불안은 트랙 선수가 필드 선수보다 유의하게 낮았으며, 신체적 상태불안은 필드 선수가 트랙 선수보다 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신체적 상태불안은 우수 선수가 비우수 선수보다 유의하게 낮았고, 상태자신감은 비우수 선수가 우수 선수보다 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 5, 6학년이 3학년보다 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 상태자신감은 경력이 높을수록 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was investigated Competitive State Anxiety of elementary school athletics player(male: 210, female: 158) in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. This study obtains following results. Cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety and state self-confidence before competition of female athletics player showed higher than that of male athletics player, but there is no significant difference. Cognitive state anxiety before competition of track athletics player showed significantly lower than that of field athletics player. However, somatic state anxiety before competition of field athletics player showed significantly lower than that of track athletics player. Somatic state anxiety before competition of superior athletics player showed significantly lower than that of inferior athletics player and state self-confidence before competition of inferior athletics player showed significantly higher than that of superior athletics player. State self-confidence before competition of fifth and sixth grade athletics player showed significantly higher than that of third grade. State self-confidence before competition of long careers athletics play showed significantly higher than that of short careers athletics play.
