국문 초록

본 연구는 학교생활적응프로그램을 통해 다문화가정 초등학생들의 자아정체감, 교우관계, 학교생활만족도를 향상 시켜 보다 나은 학교생활을 할 수 있도록 도움을 주는데 목적이 있다. 이에 학교생활적응프로그램을 통해 자아정체감, 교우관계, 학교생활만족도에 대한 요인에 있어서 효과가 있는지 검증하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 N지역의 다문화가정 학생 40명을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 실시하였으며, 실험집단에 학교생활적응프로그램을 실시한 후 자아정체감, 교우관계, 학교생활만족도 향상의 변화를 알아보았다. 자료처리 및 분석은 두 집단의 동질성 검사를 위해 t검증 하였고, 학교생활적응프로그램 실시 후와 추후 효과를 알아보기 위해 t검증 및 반복분산분석을 실시하였다. 학교생활적응프로그램 실시 결과는 자아정체감, 교우관계 학교생활만족도에서 통계적으로 의의있는 결과가 나왔다. 각 하위요인에서도 의의있는 결과를 보였으며, 추후검사에서도 학교생활적응프로그램이 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to help elementary school students from multicultural families to form ego-identity and to peer relationship and degree of satisfaction with their school lives by applying a school adjustment program. This study focuses on verifying the effect of improving ego-identity, peer relationship and degree of satisfaction with their school lives of a elementary school students from multicultural families with a school adjustment program. The following results were obtained in the study. First, school adjustment program for improving elementary school students ego-identity and to peer relationship and degree of satisfaction with their school lives was designed through the procedure of a systematic counseling program. Second, School adjustment program has an effect on improving Ego-identity. Second, School adjustment program has an effect on improving peer relationship and degree of satisfaction with school life. The participants also showed positive response according to the analysis. These results lead us to the conclusion that School adjustment program has a great on improving elementary school students from multicultural families ego-identity, peer relationship and egree of satisfaction with their school lives
