국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 진로결정에 영향력을 미치는 청소년의 자기주장성과 대처기제 및 자기효능의 변수들이 어떠한 인과관계로 설명이 되는지 검증해보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 충청남도와 대전광역시에서 거주하는 19세에서 24세 사이의 청소년 대학생들이며, 이들은 미래의 직업사회로 적응하여 나아가야 할 진로결정의 단계에 있는 대상자이다. 연구방법은 SPSS win 17.0 프로그램으로 기술통계, Cronbach s α 계수 산출, 상관분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 위해 가장 적절한 측정변수로 정제작업을 하기 위한 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, AMOS 17.0 프로그램을 통해 연구모형의 적합도지수를 위한 확인적 요인분석과 모수추정치, 결정계수, 공분산행렬에 관한 값을 산출하여 변수들 간의 인과관계에 대한 경로분석과 예언변수들의 효과를 확인하였다. 구조방정식 모형분석에서는 청소년의 자기주장성과 대처기제는 진로결정에 직접적인영향력을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기효능을 통하여 간접적인 관계의 영향력도 주고 있는 것으로서 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 통계적으로 유의미한 결과로서 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study is an verification of how variables among assertiveness, coping strategies self-efficacy that effect on career decision of adolescents describe with influence of causation. The subjects are college students from 19 to 24 years old residing in the southern Chungnam province and Daejeon Metropolitan city, who are at their stage of career decision on the course for socialization adapting themselves to the future. Data were analyzed with the SPSS win 17.0 descriptive statistics software. The exploratory factor analysis was carried out with Cronbach s alpha, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis was used to conduct the cleansing work with the most appropriate measurement variable. The goodness of fit was evaluated through AMOS 18.0 software using confirmatory factor analysis, parameter estimation value, coefficient of determination, covariance matrix to confirm the effects of the path analysis, and predetermined variables on casual relationship. In structural equation of model analysis, adolescents assertiveness, coping strategies self-efficacy, have direct influences on career decision of the course. And assertiveness, coping strategies self-efficacy has indirect influences on it. These results have a statistical worth.
