국문 초록

이 연구는 교육부패예방 정책에 관한 연구들을 중심으로 교육부패예방 지표를 개발하고, 교사의 관점에서 제도, 사회, 문화적 교육부패예방 요인, 부패예방 인식, 부패예방 행동, 청렴 효과성, 학교의 청렴 효과성에 대한 인과구조를 밝히고, 이를 토대로 구조모델의 타당성을 검증하는 연구이다. 연구의 샘플은 경남 초등교사 1200명을 대상으로 무작위추출 방식으로 설문을 실시하여, 유의미한 샘플 1108개를 분석대상으로 하였다. 그리고 각각의 분석 결과, 교육부패예방을 위한 교사 모델의 최종모델은 적합한 모델로 판단되었다. 이 연구를 통한 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 청렴인식과 행위에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인은 부당성에 대한 문제제기였다. 부당한 일에 대하여 교사가 부담 없이 문제를 제기할 수 있는 제도와 문화의 정착이 필요하다. 둘째, 교사의 호의 거부 경험은 학부모에 대한 호의 거절 행동으로 이어지고 있었다. 교사들에게 학부모의 호의를 거부하는 방법과 대처요령에 대한 교육이 필요하며, 이를 통하여 청렴도를 높일 수 있는 절차의 개발이 필요하다. 마지막으로, 상관관계 분석에서 보이는 바와 같이 현장의 초등교사는 청렴에 대한 인식은 가지고 있었으나, 문제를 제기하는 데는 소극적인 것으로 드러났다.

영문 초록

This research are composed of a structural analysis of teachers’ perceived factors for anti-corruption policy in the first year and structural analysis of parents’ perceived factors for teachers’ anti-corruption policy in the second year. In the teacher-focused research, the research presents a structural equation model of relationships between six anti-corruption factors, one anti-corruption perception factor, two anti-corruption behavior factors, two anti-corruption teacher effectiveness factors(Teacher Integrity effectiveness) and two anti-corruption school effectiveness(School Integrity effectiveness) factors. The structural equation modeling with AMOS was used to test a theoretical model with one sample that was comprised of 1108 elementary school teachers in Kyungsangnam-Do, Korea. To analyze the model, this study addresses multiple mediating roles of anti-corruption issues with respect to teachers’ perceptions of educational anti-corruption patterns. After reviewing past research and using factor analysis, this research confirms the existence of thirteen latent variables in teachers‘ perception. The model developed has various validity, and scale reliability. Finally, modeling techniques shows that the parameter estimates developed from the sample. In the model test, the final model fit was acceptable in considering almost model fit indices. Research results and implications for future research are discussed.
