보육전공자의 보육교사적성이 보육실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

현대사회에서 보육은 질적 향상을 위해 혁신으로까지 매진하고 있으며 보육의 질적 요인은 보육의 효과에 영향을 미치고 있다. 보육의 질을 좌우하는 환경 요소 중에서도 특히 인적 환경이라 할 수 있는 보육교사는 핵심적인 요소라 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 보육전공자의 보육교사적성과 보육실 습스트레스 정도를 살펴보고, 보육교사적성이 보육실습스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 보육전공자 268명을 대상으로 자료를 수집한 결과, 첫째, 연령과 학년에 따라 보육교사 적성에 차이를 보였고, 보육실습스트레스는 학년에 따른 차이만 보였다. 둘째, 보육교사적성의 하위 변인 중 영유아에 대한 친화력이 낮을수록 어린이집원장 및 지도교사와의 관계에서 스트레스가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창의성과 자기개발, 긍정성이 낮을수록 보육실습에 대한 스트레스가 높 은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In modern society, childcare is striving to innovate in order to improve the quality of childcare quality factors can influence the effectiveness of childcare. Chidcare teachers that can be considered as the human environment among environmental factors that determine quality of childcare is considered as an essential factor. Therefore, this study was intended to investigate aptitude of childcare teacher degree of teaching practice stress of pre-service child care teacher, and to research how aptitude of childcare teachers affect childcare practice stress. As a result of collecting data from 268 childcare majors, the aptitude of childcare teachers showed difference by age and grade, and childcare practice stress only showed difference according to the grade level. Secondly, among lower factors of aptitude of childcare teachers, it was identified that stress in a relationship between director of daycare center and teachers was higher when sociability, a down factor of aptitude of daycare teachers, was lower. Thirdly, it was identified that lower the creativity, selfdevelopment, and positiveness, stress for the daycare practice was higher.
