공예활동중심 집단미술치료 프로그램이 장애아동 어머니의 자아탄력성에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

이 연구는 공예활동중심 집단미술치료 프로그램이 장애아동 어머니의 자아탄력성에 효과가 나타나는지를 알 아보고자 하였다. 이 연구의 프로그램을 구성하기 위한 절차로 선행연구를 근거하여 구체적인 치료목적과 과정 을 적용한 예비 프로그램을 구성, 적용, 실시하였다. 실시 후에는 미술치료 전문가에 의한 평가와 장애아동 어 머니 참여자 프로그램 타당도를 제시하여 프로그램 검증과 확인, 문제점 수정, 보완 등의 체계적이고 객관적인 단계를 걸쳐서 프로그램을 구성, 실시하였다. 이 연구 설계는 A시 장애아동 어린이집 어머니 70명을 대상으로 한국형 자아탄력성 검사를 실시하였고, 통제집단과 실험집단에 8명씩 무선 배치하여, 실험집단에게 주 2회, 12 회기로 120분씩, 2015년 7월-9월까지 프로그램을 적용, 실시하였다. 공예활동 집단미술치료 프로그램 실시에 따 른 장애아동 어머니의 자아탄력성 효과를 객관적으로 검증하기 위해 통계적 분석은 SPSS/WIN(version 18.0)을 이용하여 공변량분석을 실시, 질적 분석방법으로는 자아탄력성의 구성요소인 대인관계, 자기조절, 긍정성 등의 3가지로 분류하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 공예활동중심 집단미술치료 프로그램은 장애아동 어머니의 자아탄 력성에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나 효과적 이였으며, 장애아동 어머니의 자아탄력성의 구성요소인 대 인관계, 자기조절, 긍정성 등의 변화가 매 회기별 과정에서 행동과 언어 변화에 긍정적 효과를 나타내었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the handicraft activity-oriented group art therapy program affects disabled children's mothers. In this study design, Korean Ego Resilience Scale Test was conducted on 70 disabled children's mothers who use daycare centers in A city. From the 70 mothers, 16 participants were chosen, and they were divided into two groups, the experimental group and the controlled group. Eight participants were randomly assigned to each groups. The program applied to the experimental group ran from July 2015 to September 2015; it consisted of 12 sessions of 120minutes twice per a week. To objectively verify the effects of the handicraft activity-oriented group art therapy program on the ego-resilience of the disabled children’s mothers, the statistical analysis employed covariance using SPSS/WIN (version 18.0). The qualitative analysis method was classified into three components: personal relationship, self-control, and positivity. The result of this study showed that the handicraft activity-oriented group art therapy program had statistically significant effects in the ego-resilience of disabled children's mothers, and had positively affected the changes of the components of the ego-resilience of disabled children's mothers-such as personal relationship, self-control, and positivity- through the process of the each session.
