초보미술치료사의 교육분석 경험에 관한 내러티브 탐구

국문 초록

본 연구는 연구자 자신이 경험한 교육분석을 질적연구의 한 방법인 내러티브 탐구(Narrative inquiry)를 사용 하여 연구하고 이를 통해 체험의 본질을 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구자는 자기성찰의 한 방법으로 치료사를 위한 치료인 교육분석이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 궁금함을 가지고 있었다. 교육분석 경험은 어떠한 것 인지, 초보미술치료사에게 교육분석이 어떠한 의미를 갖게 되는지에 대한 연구문제를 가지고 연구를 진행하게 되었다. 교육분석은 2014년 6월에서 2015년 11월까지 주 1회 비구조화된 미술치료 방식으로 총 53회기 진행되 었다. 현장 텍스트를 기반으로 연구자인 자신이 경험자인 자신에게 하는 자문다답식의 인터뷰를 진행하였고 이것은 중간텍스트가 되었다. 중간 텍스트를 토대로 ‘힘 있는 자들’, '자기비난의 시간들', '몸과 미술의 재발견', ’미술치료사가 되어간다는 것'이라는 상위주제가 생성되었다. 연구자는 교육분석을 통해 ’변화는 모래알과 같 다', ‘모래사장에서 모래알을 세기 시작하다’, ‘학문과 실제 사이에 다리를 놓다’, ‘내게는 중요했던 나를 인정하 다’라는 4개의 의미를 생성하였다. 또한 이를 통해 ‘적극적 실천으로서 자기성찰의 중요성’, ‘미술에 대한 미술 치료사의 신뢰의 중요성’, ‘미술치료사 교육의 장으로서 미술을 통한 교육분석의 중요성’으로 논의를 확장시켜 볼 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this inquiry was to study an educational analysis experience, which the researcher experienced through the application of a narrative inquiry as a qualitative research method, and to identify the nature of the experience. The researcher questioned how the educational analysis, a therapy method for therapists as a way of self-reflection. The educational analysis was performed a total of 53 times, every once a week from June 2014 to November 2015 using a type of unstructured art therapy. On the basis of scene texts, the researcher was the interviewee in the analysis and executed self-interviews, and the transcripts of the interview became “interim texts”. The interim texts produced four higher categories, including “authoritative figures,” “self-reproofing times,” “the rediscovery of the body and an art,” and “becoming an art therapist.” The significance of the researcher’s educational analysis experience is that “transformation was like grains of sand,” “in the sand, counting sand grains begins,” “the experience bridged academics and practices,” and “the researcher realized that it is important to recognize ‘myself’.” The above findings can be seen to extend the discussion as follows through the above findings. First, the self-reflection is important for the active practice of ethics. Second, the art therapist needs to be confident about art. Lastly, the educational analysis related to art becomes a training ground for art therapists.
