진행외상 여고생의 반항성 및 분노 완화를 위한 미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 진행외상 여고생의 반항성 및 분노 완화를 위한 미술치료 사례연구이다. 연구참여자는 고등학교 3학년 여학생으로 아동기부터 부모에게 폭언, 체벌, 위협 등의 학대를 받아 왔다. 미술치료는 2015년 8월 13일 부터 2015년 12월 31일까지 주1회 60분 동안 총 22회기 실시하였다. 본 연구의 효과를 알아보기 위해 반항성 척도, 분노 척도, 동적가족화 검사, 나무그림 검사, 축어록을 통해 회기별 변화과정을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결 과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료가 진행외상 여고생의 반항성 완화에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 미술치료가 진행외상 여고생의 분노 완화에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 영향 을 미친 요인으로 프로그램의 비구조화, 미술재료의 특성, 치료적 요인 등 3가지로 결론지었다. 향후 성별, 나이 등을 다양화하여 실시할 필요가 있고, 또한 내담자가 창의적 과정에 몰입할 수 있도록 스튜디오 미술치료 접근 을 고려할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted as a case study on art therapy for the relief of defiance and anger in a high school girl with process trauma. The participant of this study was a senior high school girl who had suffered abusive language, corporal punishments, threats, etc. from her parents since her childhood. Art therapy was conducted during the period from August 13 to December 31 in 2015, 60-minute sessions once a week, for a total of 22 sessions. The effects of the therapy were tested using the defiance scale, anger scale, kinetic family drawing, tree-drawing test, and verbatim, and the participant’s changes in each session were observed. The results of this study showed that art therapy was found to have a positive effect on the process trauma high school girl’s defiance relief. Second, the art therapy was found to have a positive effect on the process-trauma high school girl’s anger relief. In addition, it was concluded that the lack of structure of the program, the characteristics of the art materials, and therapeutic features were the factors leading to these results. Future research needs to diversify the participants’ gender, age, etc., and to approach Studio art therapy so that the clients may be immersed in the creative processes.
