불안아동의 애착 증진과 불안 완화를 위한 부모상담을 병행한 미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 불안 아동의 애착증진과 불안 완화를 위한 부모상담을 병행한 미술치료 사례 연구이다. 연구대상 은 부모의 비 일관적인 양육과 부모의 잦은 싸움으로 인한 불안과 가까운 친인척의 죽음으로 인해 불안증상을 보이는 초등학교 1학년 여자아동이다. 아동의 미술치료는 주 1회 매 회기 60∼90분씩 총 22회기를 진행하였으 며, 부모의 양육태도와 관련된 부모상담 및 교육을 15회기로 정신분석 입장에서 프로그램을 구성하여 진행하였 다. 미술치료의 사전？사후변화를 살펴보기 위하여 양적검사로는 애착척도(IPPA-R)와 불안척도(STAI) 검사를 실시하였고, 투사검사로는 새둥지화(BND)와 동적가족화(KFD) 그림검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모 애착척도(IPPA-R) 검사와 새둥지화(BND) 그림검사의 사전？사후검사를 비교해 본 결과 부모와의 애착 증진에 긍정적인 영향이 있었다. 둘째, 불안척도(STAI) 검사와 동적가족화(KFD) 그림검사의 사전？사후를 비교해 본 결과 불안 감소에 긍정적인 영향이 있었다. 셋째, 미술치료를 실시하면서 매 회기마다 신체적？정서 적 변화를 살펴본 결과 손톱을 뜯는 증세, 눈을 깜빡임 증세가 줄어들었으며 자신감이 생기고 가족의 행복을 표현함으로써 애착과 불안에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통하여 부모상담을 병행한 미술치료 가 불안 아동의 애착 증진 및 불안 완화에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study involved a first-grade girl in elementary school who has undergone frequent alteration of being in a nurturing environment, seeing continuous conflict between her parents, and dealing with the death of close relatives; thus, she showed significant signs of anxiety. Once a week, the subject received a total of 22 art therapy sessions for 60-90 minutes and 15 parental counseling and education program sessions related to parents’ nurturing attitude by the program created from a psychoanalytic perspective. To conduct a clear examination of before and after the art therapy program, Inventory Parents Peer Attachment- Revision (IPPA-R), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Birds Nest Drawing (BND), and Kinetic Family Drawing (KFD) evaluations were carried out. First, there results of the pre-and post-tests of IPPA-R and BND showed a positive impact on promoting attachment. Second, the results of the pre-and post-tests of STAI and KFD showed a positive impact on reducing anxiety. Physical and emotional changes were also observed during the process of each session. The child appeared to bite her nails and blink less. After each session, the child talked more frequently about how she was confident and happy with her family. Consequently, the results demonstrated a positive impact of art therapy on the girl’s anxiety relief.
