소년범 대상 검찰청의 미술치료 현황과 향후과제 - 조건부 기소유예자를 중심으로 -

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 검찰청 소년범 중 조건부 기소유예자들에게 실시되고 있는 미술치료의 진행과정과 현황을 파악하고 향후 과제를 살펴보는 것이다. 이에 ○○지방검찰청 ○○지원청의 2012년 10월부터 2015년 6월까지 종료된 미술치료 프로그램 83건을 분석하였으며, 9명의 미술치료사와 담당 검사 3명을 대상으로 미술치료에 대 한 인식과 개선점에 대해 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 미술치료 진행과정은 담당 검사가 대상자를 선정 하여 법사랑위원회로 치료개진을 요청하면 법사랑위원회 담당자가 검사의 치료의견 의뢰서와 경찰송치의견서 를 검토 한 후, 대상자와 보호자를 면담하고 치료방법과 치료기간을 결정한다. 둘째, 미술치료 프로그램 내용은 난화그리기, 꼴라쥬 작업, 순으로 실시되었고, 기대효과는 자기탐색과 자기이해, 감정조절의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 미술치료사는 50대가 가장 많았으며, 미술치료학, 사회복지학 전공 순이며, 소지자격은 상담관련자격, 미 술치료사의 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 미술치료에 대한 담당 검사의 인식은 미술치료에 대해 긍정적인 생각을 가 지고 있으며 대상자들에게 필요한 개입은 자아강도의 강화라고 했으며, 미술치료가 대상자의 감정조절과 자신 의 문제를 인식하도록 돕기를 원했다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 조건부 기소유예자에 대한 앞으로의 미술치료 과제에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to understand the progress and the prospect of the art therapy programs designed for conditionally suspended juvenile criminals of the Public Prosecutors’ Office. The local Public Prosecutors’ Office analyzed 83 art therapy programs implemented from October 2012 to June 2015 and surveyed nine art therapists and three prosecutors regarding awareness and improvement of the art therapy programs. The results are as follows. First, the progress of the therapeutic intervention is determined after an art therapy program administering committee -Bubsarang committee- reviews the recipients’ treatment statements and decides the method and the duration of the therapy after meeting with the recipients and their guardians. Second, drawing flowers and making collages are the main activities in the program: the expectation effect consists of self-exploration and self-understanding and control of emotions. Third, the art therapists mostly in their 50s, have acquired art therapy and social welfare majors and who possess counseling-related and art therapy licenses. Fourth, the prosecutors regard the art therapy program positively and indicated that it is necessary to enhance the recipients’ ego strength and anticipated that the program would strengthen recipients’ emotion control and recognition of their own problems. With these results, the research paper discusses the prospect of the art therapy program of conditionally suspended criminals.
