국문 초록

본 연구는 집단미술활동을 활용한 교류분석 프로그램이 초등학교 아동의 자아존중감과 학교생활적응에 미치 는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 J시 S초등학교 3학년 2개 학급의 학생이다. 대상표집은 3학년 전체 학급의 담임교사들에게 먼저 프로그램을 안내하고 프로그램 실시를 희망하는 반을 선정하였다. 실험집단 (30명)과 통제집단(30명)을 주 1회, 90분, 총 15회기로 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구도구로 자아존중감과 학교생 활적응 검사를 사전, 5회기, 10회기, 사후, 추후에 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하기 위해 HLM(Hierarchical Linear Model)7.0을 사용하여 실험집단과 통제집단 간의 다층모형에 의한 성장곡선을 분석하 였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집단미술활동을 활용한 교류분석 프로그램이 초등학교 3학년 아동들의 자아존중감 향상에 효과가 있으며, 그 효과가 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집단미술활동을 활용한 교류분 석 프로그램이 초등학교 3학년 아동들의 학교생활적응에 효과가 있으며, 그 효과 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 집단미술활동을 활용한 교류분석 프로그램은 초등학교 아동들의 자아존중감 및 학교생활적응에 효과 가 있다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the effects of a transactional analysis program using group art activity on the self-esteem and school adaptation of elementary school students. The participants for this study were two classes of third grade at an elementary school in an urban setting. One class was designated as an experimental group and the other as a control group. The experimental group received 15 sessions of group art therapy, once a week, for 90 minutes. The instruments included the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and the Questionnaire to Measure Adaptability in School (QMAS). Data were analyzed using growth curves from multi-layer models on Hierarchical Linear Model 7.0. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the transactional analysis program using a group art activity was effective in improving the self-esteem of elementary school students, and the effects lasted. Second, the transactional analysis program using a group art activity was effective in improving the school adaptation of elementary school students, and the effects lasted. In conclusion, these findings show that the transactional analysis program using a group art activity was effective in improving the self-esteem and school adaptation of elementary school children.
