미술치료 전공자의 직업의식과 직무만족도 조사 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 현재 임상현장에서 미술치료를 진행하고 있는 105명의 미술치료 전공자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 국내 미술치료에서 직업의식과 직무만족도의 실태를 알아보고자 하였다. 분석결과로 첫째, 미술치료 전공자의 직업의식은 직무몰입도, 인성적자질, 전문적자질 순으로 높았으며, 직무만족도는 대인관계요인, 직무 관련요인, 근무환경요인 순으로 높았고, 전문성신장요인, 경제적요인에서는 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 직업의식은 연령, 임상 경력에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 직무만족도의 경우 임상경력, 임상 기관, 치료 회기 수, 근무 형태에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 미술치료 전 공자들의 임상 현장 개선을 위한 기초자료 제공과 전문직업인으로서의 실증적 의미를 알아보는데 의의가 있 을 것이다.

영문 초록

In this study, a survey was conducted among 105 art therapy majors currently providing art therapy in clinical practice to investigate occupational consciousness and job satisfaction status associated with art therapy in South Korea. The results were as follows. First, the art therapy majors rated their job commitment at the highest level, followed by personal disposition and professional disposition, In terms of job satisfaction, they rated the interpersonal relationship factor was at the highest level, followed by the factor related to job and the factor of working environment, while they rated the expertise improvement factor and the economic factor at relatively lower levels. Secondly, the study found that occupational consciousness differed significantly by age and clinical career. Third, job satisfaction differed significantly by clinical career, clinical institution, the number of therapy sessions, and the type of work performed. Therefore, this study is significant in that it provides basic data that could help improve the current clinical field for art therapy majors and given an understanding of their empirical meanings as professionals.
