집단미술치료가 불안정애착 아동의 사회적 기술에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 집단미술치료가 불안정한 애착아동의 사회적 기술에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 연 구의 대상은 D시에 있는 C초등학교에 재학 중인 5~6학년을 대상으로 부모애착 질문지 검사(IPPA-R)를 실시하 여 애착점수가 150점 이하에 해당하는 29명을 선별하였다. 그 중 프로그램에 참여를 동의한 아동 16명을 대상 으로 실험집단 8명, 통제집단 8명을 구성하였으며, 실험집단에 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 프로그램 실시는 2012년 12월 28일부터 2013년 2월 6일 까지 매주 2회, 총 12회기로 진행되었다. 검사 도구는 사회적 기 술(CS4-K)한국판 아동 사회성 기술척도를 사용하였으며, 프로그램 실시 전?후에 사전?사후 검사를 실시하였 고, 프로그램 종료 4주 후에 추후검사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 반복측정 변량분석과 단순 주 효과분석, 다중 비교(Duncan-test)분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집단미술치료가 불안정 애착아동의 사 회적 기술의 변화에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집단미술치료가 불안정애착 아동의 사회적 기술의 변 화양상에서 사회규범, 호감은 증가하였고, 사회적 미숙은 낮게 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 집단미술치료 가 불안정애착 아동의 사회적 기술의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결론을 얻을 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the effects of group art therapy on the social skills of children with insecure attachment. Elementary school students in 5th to 6th grade living in an urban setting were administered the IPPA-R, a parent attachment scale. Among the students, the attachment score of 150 points or less corresponding to the 29 children were selected. 16 students who agreed to participate in this study were selected as participants. 8 students of them were designated as an experimental group and the remaining 8 students as a control group. The experimental group received group art therapy. The group art therapy program ran a total of 12 sessions, twice a week from December 28, 2012 to February 6, 2013. The research tools was the CS4-K, a Korean Children's Self Report -Social Skills Scale. A pretest and post test were given before and after the group art therapy program. A follow-up evaluation was conducted four weeks after the end of the art therapy program. The mean values and standard deviations were compared. Data were analyzed using Repeated measure analysis of variance, simple main effects, and Duncan's multiple comparison test. The results of this study are as follows. First, this study found the group art therapy was effective in improving the social skills of the participants with insecure attachment children. Second, the social norms and the likability were increased in the aspect of changes of social skills in insecure attachment children while the degree of social immaturity skills was decreased. These findings show that group art therapy had positive effects on the social skills of the participants with insecure attachment.
