치매와 편마비 노인환자 대상 집단미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 모사표현 중심의 집단미술치료가 치매와 편마비 노인환자의 그림표현과 언어표현에 어떠한 영향 을 미치는지 그 효과를 살펴보는 데 있다. 본 연구는 2012년 2월부터 12월 30일까지 주 1회, 총 43회기 동안 요 양원에 거주하는 노인환자 4명에 대한 일련의 미술치료 과정을 관찰하고 그 변화를 기록한 사례연구이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 모사표현 중심의 집단미술치료가 치매와 편마비 노인환자의 그림표현과 언어표현에 긍정 적인 효과가 있었다. 모사표현을 적용한 집단미술치료는 대상의 인식과 이해를 높일 뿐만 아니라 조형적인 요 소와 회상을 이끌어내는 촉매 역할을 하였으며, 치매와 편마비 노인환자의 와해되어 보일 수 있는 것을 구조화 하게 하는 하나의 방법이 될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the effectiveness in how the group art therapy centered on repetition expression affects their picture expression and linguistic expression of hemiplegia elderly patients with dementia. This study was a case study observing and recording a sequence of art therapy processes on the subjects of elderly patients residing in a sanatorium for 43 sessions in total, a session per week between February 2012 and December 30, 2012. Following are the results of this study: It was found that there was a positive effect of the group art therapy centered on repetition expression upon the picture expression and linguistic expression of hemiplegia elderly patients with dementia. The group art therapy applying repetition expression not only increased perception and understanding of the objects but played a role of catalyzer which induced formative elements and recollection as well, and it was confirmed that it could be a way of constituting something that hemiplegia elderly patients with dementia might have which otherwise might be collapsed.
