간호사의 직무스트레스에 따른 ‘빗속의 사람’ 그림 반응특성

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호사들의 직무스트레스에 따른 ‘빗속의 사람(The Person In The Rain: PITR)' 그림검사 에 나타난 반응 특성을 알아보고, 간호사의 직무스트레스를 진단하는 도구로서 PITR 그림검사의 활용 가능성을 검증하는데 있다. 연구대상은 서울시, 경기도, 충청남도 소재의 대학부속 종합병원에서 근무하는 정규간호사 176명이다. 측정도구는 직무스트레스척도와 PITR 그림검사를 사용하였고, 직무스트레스에 따른 PITR 그림검사 반응특성을 알아보기 위해 직무스트레스 척도 결과의 수준을 상, 하위군으로 분류하여 t-test를 실시하고, 개인 의 배경 변인에 따른 반응특성차이를 알아보기 위해 t-test와 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, PITR 그림검사가 직무스트레스의 수준에 따른 반응특성에는 유의 미한 차이를 나타내었다. 둘째, 간호사의 배경변인(결혼유무, 학력, 경력)에 따라 직무스트레스와 PITR 그림검사 의 반응특성에서는 PITR 그림검사의 스트레스 영역과 결혼유무, 경력에서 유의미한 차이가 있음을 나타내었다. 그 결과 미혼자 보다 기혼자가, 경력 11년 이상보다 5년 이하의 간호사의 직무스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났 다. 이러한 연구결과는 PITR 그림검사를 통해 직무스트레스를 측정할 수 있고, 변별하는데 유용성을 입증하였 으며, 직무스트레스를 진단하는 척도로 활용 가능성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study is to investigate the possibility whether ‘The Person In The Rain(PITR)’ drawing test can be used as a diagnostic tool in measuring stress level of nurses through identification of response characteristic of PITR drawing test based on stress level of the nurses. The study conducted PITR drawing test using subjects of 176 regular nurses working at the University Hospital, in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheongnam-do. Job stress scale and PITR drawing test were used. To examine the difference in response characteristic of PITR drawing test according to job stress level, t-test was implemented on upper group and lower group based on job stress scale points. T-test and one-way ANONA analysis was implemented to examine the relationship between individual background and the difference response characteristics. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, there was significant difference in the response characteristic of PITR drawing test according to the level of job stress. Second, depending on background variables of PITR drawing test (marital status, education, work experience), there were meaningful differences in job stress and PITR stress scale. Married to unmarried, nurses with experience less than 5 years to those with 11 years or over turned out to have higher job stress. Therefore, this study proves that PITR drawing test can measure the level of job stress, and that is useful in analysis, and suggests that PITR drawing test can be used as a tool of analyzing job stress.
