장애아동 미술치료 효과에 대한 메타분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 2001년부터 2010년까지 10년간 국내에서 연구된 장애아동 미술치료에 관한 논문을 대상으로 종합 분석하여 장애아동 미술치료의 효과성을 알아보기 위해 메타분석을 하여 신뢰할 수 있고 타당성 있는 결론을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 국내 석․박사학위논문, 학술지에 게재된 논문 중 본 연구목적에 맞는 최종 30편의 연구물을 선정하여 분석대상으로 삼았다. 연구결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애아동 미술치료 논문의 전반적인 경향을 살펴본 결과 연도로는 2008년에 자료출처는 석사학위논문이 전공으로는 미술․예술치료전공이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 미술치료프로그램진행시 문제행동감소를 목적으로 정서행동장애아동을 가진 초등학생을 10명의 잡단크기를 구성하여 평면에서 혼합기법으로 주2회 60분미만으로 총 10~20회기를 진행한다는 것이 가장 많은 분포를 나타냈다. 둘째, 장애아동에 대한 미술치료프로그램의 전체 평균효과 크기는 1.93으로 미술치료 실시 후 47.32%만큼의 개선을 보였다. 셋째, 장애아동 미술치료프로그램의 변인별 평균효과 크기를 살펴본 결과 학력별 영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 진행방법에 따른 변인별 효과크기를 살펴보면 기법별과 매체별 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 진행특성에 따른 변인별 효과크기를 살펴보면 집단구성원별, 총 시행 횟수별, 회기 당 시행시간별에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study has been to induce a reliable and feasible conclusion through meta-analysis to understand the effectiveness of art therapy for the disabled children through comprehensive analysis based on the domestic theses on the art therapy on the disabled children of 10 years from 2001 to 2010. We have selected and targeted final 30 sample studies which are suitable for the research objective of this study from domestic master’s and doctorate thesis and papers in various academic journals. Our conclusions through research results are as follows. First, after we examined overall tendency of papers about art therapy for disabled children, highest frequencies were shown in the year of 2008, and in masters’ dissertations as data sources and in major of art therapy majors. For the purpose of reducing problem behaviors in art therapy programs, we made the sample population of 10 elementary school students who have emotional and behavioral disorders and executed analysis with combined technique from plane technique. We had the biggest distribution when the executions were made total of 10 to 20 times with two times a week and less than 60 minutes per execution. Second, we could have 47.32% of improvements after art therapy for disabled children whose total average effect size was 1.93. Thirdly, the average effect size of each classified variables on the disabled children showed a meaningful difference in academic field while the effect size of the progress method category showed no meaningful difference in both technique and media field statically. There is a meaningful difference in accordance with group members, total trial amount, time period per session through the effective size of the progress feature category.
