집단미술치료가 한부모가정 아동의 적응행동 및 일상적 스트레스에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 한부모가정 아동의 적응행동을 향상시키고 일상적 스트레스를 감소시키기 위하여 집단미술치료를 실시하고 그 효과성을 검증하는데 의의가 있다. 자료의 수집을 위하여 I시에 위치한 H지역아동센터와 W지역아 동센터에서 초등학교 4～6학년인 한부모가정 아동을 각 6명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구성하였다. 프로그램 실시 기간은 2009년 12월 4일부터 2010년 3월 2일까지, 주 1～2회, 시간은 100분씩, 사전-사후 검사를 포함하여 총 20회기를 실시하였고, 통제집단에게는 집단미술치료 프로그램을 적용하지 않았다. 연구도구로는 적응행동을 측정하기 위한 적응행동 척도와 K-HTP검사, 일상적 스트레스를 측정하기 위한 일상적 스트레스 척도와 PITR 검사를 실시하였다. 결과분석을 위해 SPSS ver 15.0을 사용해 비모수통계방법인 Wilcoxon 부호순위검증, Mann- Whitney U검증을 실시하였고, K-HTP와 PITR검사는 질적 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집 단미술치료 프로그램은 한부모가정 아동의 적응행동을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집단미술치료 프로그램은 한부모가정 아동의 일상적 스트레스를 감소시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것 으로 나타났다. 따라서 한부모가정 아동을 위한 집단미술치료는 이들의 부적응적 행동을 예방하고 치료적 차원 에서의 필요성을 시사한다고 할 수 있겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the group art therapy for the improvement of adaptative behavior and lessening of daily stress on children of single parent. For this purpose, data was gathered from experimental group and control group of 6 children of single parent who are ranging from 4th grade and 6th grade of elementary school from child centers in region H and region W in I City. For experimental group, a total of 20 times of group art therapy program was performed which was composed of 1-2 times a week, 100 minutes for each including pre- and post-test from December 4, 2009 through March 2, 2010, and no group art therapy program was applied to the control group. For research tools, it had the adaptative behavior scale and K-HTP test for measuring the adaptative behavior, ordinary stress scale and PITR test to measure the daily stress. In order to undertake the result analysis, SPSS ver 15.0 was used to implement the non-parametric statistics method in Wilcoxon signed-ranks test and Mann-Whitney U test, and the K-HTP test and the PITR test had the qualitative comparison and analysis. The results of the study are shown as follows. First, the group art therapy showed the improvement on adaptative behavior of children in single parent families. And, second, the group art therapy showed the reduction in the daily stress on children of single parent families. Therefore, the study suggests that the group art therapy on children of sing parent families would be needed to preventive delinquent behaviors as well as needed for therapeutical level.
