위축, 불안, 공격성을 가진 정서행동장애아동을 위한 모자(母子) 중심 가족미술치료 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 모자 중심 가족미술치료가 위축, 불안, 공격성을 가진 정서행동장애아동에게 미치는 효과를 알아보려는 데 목적을 둔다. 연구대상은 D시에 있는 H초등학교 5학년인 12세 남학생과 그의 가족이며, 그들은 모자 중심 가족미술치료에 참여하였다. 프로그램은 주 1회 50~60분씩 총 20회기에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 연구도구로는 대상아동에게는 K-CBCL, 행동 관찰지, HTP그림검사를 사전과 사후에 실시하였으며, 그의 부모에게는 Roach의 결혼만족도(Marital Satisfaction Scale: MSS) 검사를 실시하여 부부관계의 변화를 알아보았다. 질적 분석으로는 각 회기의 모든 활동들을 관찰하고 기록하고 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모자 중심 가족미술치료가 대상아동의 위축, 불안, 공격성 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모자 중심 가족치료가 대상아동의 문제행동 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족미술치료가 대상아동 부모의 부부관계를 증진시키는 데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때, 정서행동장애아동을 대상으로 한 모자 중심 가족미술치료가 부부 및 가족의 정서를 안정시키고, 정서행동장애아동의 문제행동을 감소시켜 학교생활에 적응하도록 하는 데 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effects of family art therapy for Mother-Child on the emotional and behavioral disorders of Child with withdrawal, Anxiety, Aggression. The subjects of this study are 12-year-old boy student, who is in the 5th grade of H Element ary school in D city, and his family. They participated in family art therapy program. The program consists of a total of 20 sessions, one session a week and each session lasting 50-60 minutes. Research instruments are K-CBCL, Behavior observation Record, HTP for child & MSS(Marital Satisfaction Scale) for his parent. For Qualitative analysis, all the activities of each session are observed, recorded, and analyzed. The results obtained are as follows. First, Family Art therapy for Mother-Child is effective on reducing withdrawal, Anxiety, Aggression. Second, Family Art therapy for Mother-Child is effective on reducing Behavior Problems. Third, Family Art therapy is effective on improving parent's relation. In conclusion, Family Art Therapy for Mother-Child is proved to be effective on stabilizing family's emotion and improving behaviors and learning attitude of emotional and behavioral disorders of Child.
