치료적 미술활동이 부적응 영재아동의 또래관계와 학교생활적응에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 부적응 영재아동 2명을 대상으로 치료적 미술활동이 부적응 영재아동의 또래관계개선과 학교생활적응 능력을 향상시키는데 효과가 있는가 알아보고자 한다. 연구대상은 교사와 부모상담 결과 학교에서의 문제행동과 친구들과의 다툼 등으로 의뢰가 된 초등학교에 재학 중인 영재아동 2명이다. 현재 대전○○영재스쿨에 다니고 있으며 영재 판별을 위한 검사로 연구자가 지능검사를 실시하였으며, 대상 A는 K-WISC-Ⅲ검사에서 언어성에서 151, 동작성에서 151로 측정이 되었으며, 대상 B는 언어성에서 123, 동작성에서 151로 측정된 영재아동이다. 또래관계와 학교생활 적응을 알기위한 초기 진단의 평가 결과, 평준화된 교육과정에서 오는 지적인 무력감과 영재 학생들의 특유의 독특성, 그에 따르는 또래관계와 학교생활적응의 문제로 울화⋅억제력, 자제력, 자책 등이 높게 측정되었으며 이러한 행동에 대하여 회기별 단기목표를 설정하였고 설정된 목표를 완성할 수 있도록 치료적 개입을 하였다. 또래관계와 학교생활적응에 대한 변화는 이호선(2001)이 수정한 척도를 사용하였으며 대상 A는 또래관계 척도에서 31점에서 48점으로, 학교생활적응 척도는 56점에서 71점으로 증가하였으며, 대상 B는 또래관계척도에서 36점에서 54점, 학교생활적응 척도에서 46점에서 79점으로 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 행동변화의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 행동평정척도(BBRS)에 의한 부모와 교사평가를 실시한 결과 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

'This study aimed to investigate the effect of a therapeutic art activity on the peer relationship and school life adjustment of behavior in gifted children. The subjects of this study were 2 elementary school students who were reported by their teachers and parents that they showed unappropriate behaviors and quarrels with friends. The subjects presently attend to **gifted school in Daejeon and IQ test(K-WISC-III) were given. The result of IQ test were as follows: Subject A scored 151 for verbal and 151 for performance. Subject B scored 123 for verbal and 151 for performance. The sub-test for peer relationship and school life adjustment evaluated highly on intellectual helplessness caused by standardized curriculums, uniqueness of gifted students, and anger, restraint, self-control and self-accusation. According to these results, the short-term goal was set and therapeutic intervention to achieve the goal was given. The changes of peer relationship and school life adjustment were as follows(Lee ho-seon, 2001): For subject A showed increasing score on peer relationship scale from 31 to 48 points and on school life adjustment scale from 56 to 71. For subject B showed increasing score on peer relationship scale from 36 to 54 points and on school life adjustment scale from 46 to 79. The parents and teachers were evaluated by Behavior Evaluation Scale(Burks' Behavior Rating Scales) to find the effect of behavior changes and it presented that there was effectiveness on behavior changes.
