미술치료 수퍼비전에 대한 수퍼바이저의 인식 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 한국미술치료 학회 훈련가 즉 수퍼바이저들의 미술치료 수퍼비전에 대한 역할과 수퍼비전에 대한 관점을 분석하여 미술치료 수퍼비전의 발전방향을 모색하고자 한다. 한국미술치료학회 인정 수퍼바이저 21명에게 미술치료 수퍼바이저의 일반적 특성, 수퍼비전의 체제, 수퍼비전 내용에 대한 의견을 조사한 후 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석된 결과에 의하면, 수퍼바이저는 모두 여성이며, 평균 5.5년 수퍼비전의 경험을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 수퍼바이저 자신이 수퍼비전을 받은 경험은 평균 20회 정도가 가장 높았으며, 수퍼비전을 위한 시간은 60~90분 정도가 적절하며, 2주에 1회가 가장 적절하다고 하였다. 수퍼비전 방법으로는 비데오 테이프를 통한 사례 제시를 가장 선호하였고, 미술치료에 대한 풍부한 경험과 충분한 이론적 토대를 갖춘 50대 연령의 수퍼바이저를 선호했으며, 수퍼바이저 선택 방법은 자유로운 선택방법을 선호하였다. 수퍼비전을 통해 전달해야할 주요 내용으로는 미술치료사의 자세와 태도를 가장 중요하다고 했다. 전반적으로 수퍼바이저들은 국내 미술치료 분야의 양적 증가와 함께 질적 발전에 대한 관심이 야기되면서 미술치료에 대한 체계적인 수퍼비전의 중요성을 제기하였고, 수퍼비전 체계의 모형 개발과 효과적인 수퍼비전 방법에 대한 검증이 이루어져야 한다는 의견이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

'This study investigated the opinion of 21 supervisors who were qualified by KATA(Korea Art Therapy Association). Questionnaire included various categories, such as a desirable supervision system and current supervision, and an improvement of supervision. Seventeen years ago, KATA(Korean Art Therapy Association) was established in Korea, but system of supervision hasn't developed yet. It is necessary to redefine and systemize the supervision of art therapy in Korea. The results are as follows. Supervisors are all female who experienced for 5.5 year and got 20-session supervision. They favor once per two weeks as ideal frequency and 60-90 minutes per session as an ideal time of supervision. Supervisors favor a video-taped form in the presentation of supervision cases. To be a good supervisor is necessary to have 'various experiences' in art therapy and 'plentiful knowledge' of art therapy. And they liked 50 age and free selection among many supervisors. The most important things to teach supervisees are 'the desirable attitude of art therapist' and 'understanding of dynamic relation between therapist and client'. Supervisors think that it is necessary to consider systematic supervision, to develop effective supervision model, and to test effects of that model in current rapid development of art therapy in Korea.
