어머니의 자아존중감과 양육태도 변화가 아동의 문제행동 감소에 영향을 미치는 자기심리학적 미술치료 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 집단 따돌림 피해아동 어머니를 대상으로 자기심리학적 미술치료 프로그램을 실시하여 어머니의 자아존중감과 양육태도, 아동의 문제행동에 미치는 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 40세의 여성으로 아동의 집단 따돌림에 대한 피해와 등교거부로 인해 학교담임교사에 의해 의뢰되었다. 연구 기간은 2005년 4월부터 11월까지였고, 주 1회 60분씩 H초등학교 상담실에서 총 23회기를 실시하였다. 연구 도구로 자아존중감 척도, 양육태도 척도, 집단 따돌림 피해 척도와 불안 척도를 프로그램 실시 전후에 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 사전․사후 원점수를 비교하였으며, 미술치료 과정의 기록을 통해 내담자의 자기대상의 변화를 분석하였고 아동의 경우 내담자, 담임교사, 치료자의 관찰에 의해 문제행동을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기심리학적 미술치료 프로그램은 자기대상의 변화에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기심리학적 미술치료 프로그램은 집단 따돌림 피해아동 어머니의 자아존중감 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기심리학적 미술치료 프로그램은 집단 따돌림 피해아동 어머니의 양육태도의 변화에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 어머니를 대상으로 한 자기심리학적 미술치료 프로그램은 집단 따돌림 피해아동의 문제행동에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to research that the changes of self-esteem, rearing attitude by Self Psychological Art Therapy for mother effect on problem-behaviors of the child who was a victim of bullying. The subject for this study was a woman(40) who has 2 daughters included the girl damaged by bullying. The daughter has the problems with fear and truancy, the feeling of being victimized. This program lasted from April, 2005 to November, once a week for 23 sessions. Research tools are self-esteem scale and PARQ for mother, STAI, and the victim of bullying scale for the child, and sessional analysis of the self object by drawings and descriptions The conclusion of research are as follows; First, Self-psychological Art Therapy has the effect on positive changing the self object. Second, Self-psychological Art Therapy is shown to be effective to promote the self-esteem of mother who had the daughter a victim of bullying. Third, Self-psychological Art Therapy is shown to be effective to promote the rear attitude of mother. Fourth, Self-psychological Art Therapy for the mother has the effects on the problems of the daughter who was damaged by bullying. This conclusion confirmed that Art Therapy is based on Self-psychology for mother increased the self-esteem, changed rear attitude, as a result, improved the problems of the child who was a victim of bullying.
