근친 상간으로 인하여 자살을 시도한 청소년의 미술치료 사례 연구

국문 초록

오늘날 우리 사회가 당변하고 있는 가치관의 변화, 도덕성의 붕괴로 인한 가정폭력은 심각한 사회 문제로 대두되고 있다. 가정 폭력으로는 학대 및 근친상간 등을 들 수 있는데 근친상간이라 함은 혈족간의 성관계로 정의될 수 있다. 그러므로 근친 상간은 사실의 은폐성으로 말미암아 조사 결과 등이 축소되었을 가능성이 높아 실제 발생하고 있는 비율은 훨씬 높을 것으로 예상된다. 조사한 결과를 살펴보면 외국의 경우, Russel(1983)은 성인 여성을 대상으로 조사한 결과 여성의 38%가 아동기에 성적학대를 경험하였으며 조사대상의 16%가 18세 전에 근친 상간의 경험이 었다(McCarthy. 1986)고 하였다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study through art therapy are to approach to cause of her suicide easily. to get an insight into dynamics of family and to reach a solution for cause of a problem There were 7 sessions and each session lasted approximtely 60-90 minutes. The adolescent was female, 18years old, second grade at high school. She had grandmother, mother, two elder sisters, one elder brother and one younger brother‘ The results of this case study were as follows; First. external motives of suicide were a frustration not to enter upon studies for poverty. depression of it and escape from reality. But internal motives were perception of immorality of incest with a brother and conflict over moral of her in condition of strong sexual desire. Second. incest among brothers and sisters was occured for lack of interest in children of a mother emotional unconcern and lack of knowledge about children forstering. growth and development. so, their parents didn’ t concern about exual border. Third. she was able to face a problem by herself through pictures. Consequently. a clue to the solution fo a problem was found.
